I have contacted the company multiple times to explain that I am no longer willing to continue paying for a system that does not work and has required constant service. Instead of offering a real resolution, replacement, or meaningful accountability, they continue to push sending out yet another technician to "fix" the same problem again. After more than two years of inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration, it is clear this system is unreliable and the customer support process is ineffective. I expected a premium product and dependable service, and unfortunately RainSoft has not delivered on either. This company is obviously in turmoil since it took over a month to have these systems installed in my home and every few days, I was dealing with a brand new employee since the previous employees that I had dealt with were no longer with the company. It was very concerning that the installers couldn't answer my questions and it was quite apparent that I knew more about water purification systems and whole home water softeners than the employees of Shelton's water. Every time I called their main office, I was treated as if I were inconveniencing the staff. The owner of the company doesn't take calls and his office manager is condescending and rude.
