I was called names for telling them I wanted to have my home inspector check it. Once I informed them the work was not done properly and reminded them of their 2 year guarantee, I am being threatened with a lien. Never once have they offered to repair it properly. I responded to their emails letting them know I would pay when the inspection passed the work. The only ghosting happened to the home repairs not completed.
