We needed a new one, cost between $800. and $2,000., but could not give us exact price as supplier was closed for the holiday. Could not sat when it could be repaired either. So no heat for 3 days, Christmas Eve through day after Christmas. Called them again that day and they still could not give us a price and suggenested a generic motor. Long story short, called Payne. They responded with a Service Tech that afternoon. William said the motor is fine. Did some checking. Said it was a dirty flame sensor. In 45 minutes he was done, house was warming up and total cost $140. Pretty impressive. We are going to get a service contract with them and do think very highly of the fast and good service and happy with the cost for sure. Bing bang and done. And want to say Brenda was caring and great and made sure we had heat back on within hours of our call. Yep, they are now our company of choice.
