General Tso was fantastic! I enjoyed the egg rolls as well. Coming to Kansas from NY my expectations were low but this food is really great! We order from this place regularly. Recently they stopped giving enough crunchies with the egg drop soup (1/4 a bag for two soups) and the soup tastes funny. We are so sad! Seems non important but we can't eat the soup without the crunchies. The little things count! Please go back to how you used to be!! read more

I used to love Chen's. However, my recent order was awful. The chicken I ordered came with competely different vegetables than were listed on the menu. Fried rice had egg shells in it. Spring rolls were stale, not crispy at all. Very disappointed. read more

Food is delicious although customer service is SEVERELY lacking. Ordered over $50 in food from party a menu that contains incorrect quantities of pieces in certain appetizers. Ordered for a large group of people and when we called, the manager claimed it was a typo on the menu even though the errors were present online as well. They did nothing to remedy the situation and we were left with only a fraction of the food we had originally ordered. read more

I seriously enjoyed this place! Good food at a great price with large portions. Even the leftovers reheated well! I think it's reopened under new management. Online Ordering via Yelp was quick and effective. I do wish they would provide a bit more explanation of whats in some of the menu items when it's not obvious (like Beef & Broccoli - that's easy but others I would have a clue what it was if it was on the plate in front of me and I might want to order it). But that is a common problem with Chinese places in America - not everyone speaks Chinese but they expect you to know what the dish is. Delivery was quick - less than 25 minutes and the food was still piping hot when it arrived. The Orange Chicken was divine - had real orange peel in it and you can specify how hot you want it... Service is not good. Ordered online through the restaurant and after the driver left we realized our crab rangoons and egg rolls had been left out. Called the restaurant to ask if we could get them because we'd been charged for them; figured it was an easy enough request. Were put on hold over 10 minutes, just to have the person on the phone keep insisting "they're in the bag". Waited 2 hours for food from this place, was more than an hour late. Called the restaurant and they said "5 minutes", after this it was another 40 minutes. I kept calling Grubhub, was on hold, so that they could cancel my order, hold took a long time, used the form to submit a cancellation, still nothing, then the food finally comes after 2 hours. I LIVE 1 MILE FROM THE RESTAURANT. GrubHub said I couldnt cancel and Chen's wouldnt refund me even though at this point, I had to order food from another place because I had a house full of hungry guests. Terrible service read more

Pretty decent since it changed management. Portions are huge for the price you pay, worth every cent. The food is about what you would expect from an incredibly Americanized Chinese food place, but when you're craving that type of food it is perfect. The Rice noodle dishes are great and the fried rice is actually fried rice - not that weird yellow stuff you find on buffets all around town. You can order and pay online and pick it up in the drive thru, or order delivery (I have never ordered delivery since I live in Ogden). Highly recommend. read more

This restaurant was terrible. I ordered my meal I will give them credit on that it was here swiftly. However I order curry chicken and Rangoon's. When I received my food it was disporportionate I received 95% vegetable and about 4 pieces of meat and to add this chicken was not even curry more like a red peanut sauce and to add my Rangoon's were burnt. When I asked for something else or more food or change my order they refused and said they were to busy. I took the food. Back and manager was rude and to add he was not Asian so the food is American made. A lot of other people have had complaints about their poor service and food quality. There are by far better Chinese restaurants in this town if you are craving Chinese food. read more

I ordered delivery and was told 30-40 minutes for my food it took 56 minutes so I didn't tip and just signed my name and either the driver or someone at the restaurant took it upon themselves to write themselves a tip in on my credit card. That is stealing money from a customer. I wouldn't suggest anyone order from Chen's and if you have in the past I suggest you check your credit card statement to make sure they didn't steal money from you as well. read more

Placed a delivery order of one entrée and 2 egg rolls over the phone and it took nearly an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. I called after 45 minutes to see what the deal was and the gentleman told me it would be "just a few more minutes", which turned into another 25 minutes. Very disappointed, especially since I tipped beforehand, for what was only average tasting Chinese food. read more

ordered delivery from here multiple times, particularly enjoy the jalapeno chicken (available for a slight upcharge with the lunch and dinner special). large quantities for very reasonable prices. make sure to specifically request sweet and sour sauce for crap rangoon/egg rolls/ etc., as they don't include automatically (half the time they forget even when I request it). for what they lack in service and quality (though they have above average quality for MHK area) they make up for in value. read more
