Staff in Molalla are so, so kind and knowledgeable, their recommendations were on point and they didn't care at all that we took our time deciding. So went here the other day and it's OK being that there's really nothing else in this small town, but it wasn't very good. Worst birria tacos I've ever had hard crunchy chewy taco shells with very little if any cheese at all the consume was very watery not a nice oily broth like I've ever had it anywhere else just watered down and gross. The chili Relleno once again had no cheese a bad sauce that was like Mole instead of a red sauce very little actual poblano in it and a 2 inch thick egg breading around it. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their chili Relleno and this place just definitely did not live up to it like I said one of the only places in town that stays open late, but I probably won't be going back unless it's my only option. And for the sake of God, it's Mexican food quit being so damn cheap with the cheese. It's not that expensive. read more

Stopped by for lunch to go. It's a small place, couple tables inside and a couple outside. We ordered (3) bean and cheese burritos, (2) chili rellano burritos and an order of taquitos. The food is homemade and very tasty. The chili relleno burrito is loaded with rice, beans, cheese and salsa. The hand rolled taquitos come with cheese and guacamole and are very good. The friendly service was as quick as you'd expect for homemade food. read more

After two experiences with Chepita's food, I have mixed reviews, and would give 4 stars at this point -- actually probably 3.5, if I could. The first time we tried Chepita's, I got the asada street tacos, and I thought they were pretty good. Maybe not as good as what's available in Canby or Woodburn, but at least they were authentic tacos. For the most recent visit, I got the "clasico asada" burrito, and I was pretty disappointed with that. The asada was dry, and had an appearance like it had been cooked on the flat top, then reheated again for the burrito. I can't say with certainty that's the case, but it had the look and feel of reheated beef. I also found the flour tortilla to be very pasty, and I didn't enjoy that very much. Next time I will probably stick with the tacos. read more

Giving it three stars because their other menu items have always been good from what I've ordered in the past. However I ordered a "supreme quesadilla" today because I'm 7 months pregnant and craving a chicken quesadilla. I'm assuming the quesadilla will have some type of seasoning on the chicken, maybe some tomatoes or beans inside. Nope. Just bland chicken and cheese on a soggy tortilla at that... I paid almost $14 for this... Also if you want sour cream or salsa on the side their prices for that are a little silly too. Luckily I had some at home that gave my meal flavor. read more

Once again this place has delivered exactly what I ordered and exceeded expectations. Since no other Mexican cuisine places deliver via doordash, this has become my go-to place when I'm wanting Mexican cuisine. They've never let me down, you have to try the macho burrito I think it is, a chile relleno with asada. I order mine with no rice or beans to mind the carbohydrates. They include the rice and beans and small side containers. They're definitely in addition to the Molala area and will continue to get my business for their consistency in quality of the food, the flavor of the food and paying attention to requested alterations. Terrible slow service! Waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes... employee actually let the person in front of me place another order when their first order was handed to them. I then waited for that order to be delivered... no way to back out of drive thru lane. Chicken burrito was bland. Never again read more

Food is decent, service is ok, never been Inside? So ambiance? I tried chepitas a few times. But I will never spent $$$ there again. $12!!! For a small bean & cheese burrito? The taco I got had more Pico de Gallo then meat? The $16 wet burrito was small, and alot of the was tough (old). Prices are very high, portions small. Don't waste your money here. read more

We have eaten here a few times now and the food is always great! The fajita burrito is one of our favorites. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The indoor dining area is very small but there is room outside if the weather is good. Can't wait to order again! read more

We ate there the 4th time today, Feb. 21, and it was a disaster. There was only one car ahead of us, but it was over a half hour to get our food. We ordered simply 6 rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese, and a Pepsi. Never leave without checking first! The guacamole was absent, replaced by sour cream. It's a good thing for the hot sauce containers; there would have been NO flavor at all if not for that. It was over $10 for that crap. The Taco Bell would at least not lie to us. The big insult is thinking that we would not know guacamole from sour cream. We've never going back. read more

food wasn't even that good for the money. $11 for a small burrito that doesn't even taste good all it had in it was beef and tomatoes. and they were tiny. the workers had and attitude and basically forced us to give a tip. Do not recommend going here. read more
