Nolan B had been sneezing and coughing without covering his mouth while holding our food/drinks. He didn't even wash his hands. Also, every time we have experienced him, he has given attitude and rushed us to order due to drive time. He even made us drive back around to ensure that his drive time wasn't affected because he kept interrupting to the point where we couldn't figure out our order. Nolan B according to the receipt is under the impression that if it takes you a little while to order it's acceptable to complain about it in a very rude and disrespectful tone, because apparently how long a customer sits in the drive through must be harder to recover from than terrible customer service. Especially ironic considering the main reason it was taking so long was his constant interruption trying to rush us through meaning starting over on looking for the items wanted. It was 1:30 in the morning we didn't want to be there either but it'd be nice to get food without being rushed and hearing that god awful attitude. Absolutely, the WORST TACO BELL AROUND always gets the order wrong, takes longer than any Taco Bell I've ever been to, I recommend checking your order before you pull away. This is absolutely the worst place ever. I'd rather have sushi from a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Honestly, I can't believe they pay employees to screw things up this badly. Horrible experience. Will not go there again. I've worked for Taco Bell and I know that the potatoes don't stay fresh long and everytime it's not good a customer would ask for fresh and we'd have to do it. I politely asked if they could please make sure they were fresh and he said well I'm we don't do things on command. I wasn't commanding anyone I was asking if they could PLEASE make sure I asked nicely I didn't command and get home an it's not even cheesy fiesta potatoes. It's just plain. Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order through the app and went through the drive thru only to be told they were out of Mexican Pizza's for the night. Okay that happens, I get it. However, we had already paid for our food via the app and told the girl this at the window only to get a huge attitude literally telling us "it's not our problem we just serve food". She refused to give a refund and told us to dispute the charge. So we left (after waiting in line 10+ minutes) with zero food and out $18. So I guess I have to dispute the charge with my bank. The new Taco Bell is a welcome addition to Mollala American Mexican fast food fusion for cheap. Typical of Taco Bell my order was missing the soda I ordered and napkins, but the kid serving was only 15 years old and most likely her first job, so ordering is like being in Las Vegas. Worst Taco Bell ever, and we have visited many... Unbelievably slow. 30 minute wait for 4 nacho fries which were paid for. No employees at the counter. We had to leave for an appointment and there was no employee available. Came back an hour later, explained what happened, and asked for our nacho fries. The employee made it clear he didnt care, was snarky, stood twirling our receipt in the air for a minute or so back in the food area while waiting for someone to take the order and make it. Got in a loudly obnoxious conversation with another employee about how they are always this slow and everybody has to wait. The employees dont comprehend that it is their job to work quickly because Taco Bell is "fast food." We have been sick with gastrointestinal problems twice after eating there and after this last fiasco, we will never go back to the Molalla Taco Bell. I do like to go to Taco Bell once in a while, it is you know fast food, but the people who work here are wonderful. During the stay at home order I came here and was so impressed with the measures they are taking to ensure no contact through the drive-through when they run your payment and give you your food. Employees have always been courteous. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that every time we go in the dining tables and floors are dirty. I've witnessed slow time and not one person takes advantage of it to clean up. I'm tired of looking for a clean table not to mention it's not very appealing to eat in that environment. read more
