I was preregistered to deliver my baby at Baptist hospital Main campus, but was recommended I look into this new private faculty. After the facilities tour, I preregistered to stay here and don't regret my decision. They accepted my insurance and covered my stay 100% I was the only patient on the maternity floor and was attended to like a queen. The medical team was so knowledgeable, helpful, and showed genuine care in our well-being. I wouldn't recommend a mommy-to-be to deliver anywhere else. This is what every new family should experience.

The first time they got my information recorded wrong and my appointment wasn't popping up and they react very defensively. The second time once again they were being defensive and trying to gaslight me into telling me they called me to tell me my appointment needed to be rescheduled when they actually called me to confirm my appointment and instead of just apologizing and taking accountability professionally, they tried to gaslight me into saying that they did call me to cancel. It's very simple to just apologize for your disorganization and take accountability rather than blame patients.

Just sitting there seeing the staff walk around, go into the gynecology office and chit chat when theres a whole room of patients waiting. The doctor, she is very knowledgable but manages patients very poorly. If they fix their time management problem, it would be the best place to get treatment. It doesnt seem to bother them though because this has happened all the times i have visited.
