During my brief time there, I was not provided with meaningful training, but was expected to develop and implement new ideas immediately. I received positive verbal feedback, but after three days, my assignment was ended without a clear explanation. The communication and leadership felt inconsistent, and I left feeling disappointed. Based on my experience, I wouldn't choose to work here again or recommend it as a workplace. One of the worse facilities I've been to they work with Pharmco and send (PREP) HIV medication to a pharmacy or address without your consent ! I thought I was coming in for a regular check up so I let them take my blood. If you don't pick it up , the medication they send to a pharmacy they do not review Lab results with you. I've never heard such a thing. read more

This place has such a disgusting lack of respect for other people. Their clinic called me 3 times to have me come in to interview for a position the day of. I explained to them that i live out of state but would fly in for an interview if they were serious. They told me to come in for an interview so I flew in from the other side of the country to do this. When i got there to do an interview they had me sitting in the waiting area for an HOUR only to tell me they weren't going to be interviewing me and turned me away without even speaking to me after having me fly out for this "opportunity". My first introduction walking into Alive and Well was an angry man frustrated about not receiving his test results in over 2-3 weeks and he told me to "Run far away from this place", and based on my experience I got to say, this a terrible healthcare center! They won't give you your results until you "receive your medication". The medication is preventative care and a Plan B, so if you need urgent care, you won't know your results until you physically show them you have received the medicine. Apparently the doctor does this because they need proof you received the medication or the doctor could get into trouble, sounds a little sketchy to me. I don't understand why they even prescribe medication I never asked for to people even if their tests some back negative. This system of "receiving your medication" then physically brining it to the doctor to show them you received it seems very off and does not seem very effective. If a patient needed urgent care asap, they will NOT receive it from this place. Please stay away from this scam, my gynecologist has never heard of such a sketchy scam operation like this before! I worked in this place for one day like many other commenters had experienced. I was shocked about the way they treated us (4 new hires). I have never experienced such a thing in my career in the healthcare for 24 years. They don't have lunch times or breaks established (as per laws). They hired 4 of us and we trained for a day. They perform interviews pretending to be hiring, What they really do is using people for their" community work" one day out of the office with the false pretense of a training test. They don't even bothered to make any paperwork, Don't ask for licenses or certifications. No matter what's the performance is next day they will fired everyone. Test from hell I made a appointment but Sat for 2 hours before seeing the doctor , it was 1 patient in when i walked in Before i paid i asked the front desk assisant when she brought me into another office to pitch me health care plan with that office " what am i paying for? Every std test?" She told me yes and was going to show me the panel, but she never showed me instead she tried to sale me a yearly program for the office and when i told her no she had the male Doctor come in and try to sale me the same thing. After 2 hours i was seen for my blood to be drawn which was two tubes and then a finger poke. After 2:30 mins the doctor finally seen me and couldnt find my results, so he told me they are there but not input into the system. So he went to the front desk then came back and said my results was put into someone elses file. Then he told me one of my results then was pushing me to take medicine so that i can have unprotected sex with someone with hiv, i had to tell the doctor no 3 times. Then i asked the male doctor what about other std testing and he said that it will be a extra 70 on top of the 350 i paid for a full std panel. The doctor argued with me and i expressed my gratitude to just leave and he kept arguing and then said i can get my money back and can go somewhere else. But i told him he can keep the money because its not about money its about my time and lack of integrity his office demonstrated. walked to get test , got treat and left with a 1200 bill after they told me my insurance would cover it

So first off, We were greeted by amazing and caring staff especially Kiki!! They were so nice and welcoming i immediately felt cared for. I Have no insurance so for me this place saved mee, Compared to other clinics this has to be the best one i've ever been too, After the applications, They attended me and my husband really fast and offered so many treatments i was amazed, I am definitely going to be returning! I recommend coming here they offer so many different treatments and even Iv drips! Everybody was so wonderful. I cant express the relief i felt knowing that Im genuinely cared for in this clinic. read more

this is the worst run ,most poorly administered ENT practice I have experienced in q0nyears of wearing hearing aids...WARNING. they lied when they made an appointment for me to have my hearing aid reprogrammed. I was tricked into an expensive doctor visit only to be told that "WE DONT REPAIR ANY HEARING AIDS WE DIDNT SELL TO YOU''. So deaf person we'll charge you for refusing to send your hearing aids in to be repaired and we'll leave you without your hearing ....These are not caring people. read more

Staff is really nice, made me feel very comfortable. My visit was very quick and simple, they explained everything they were doing, offered me different benefits, vitamins, medications, protein shakes, etc etc to be sent to me! They have a good program! 10/10 would recommend. Glad I went. They seem really genuine. read more

This place is a huge scam they will force you to buy there health plan if you want to get tested/treatment and will tell you that if you don't they'd have to charge you 150 for testing when majority off other places only charge 25 then when I came in for my results they told me I can't get them unless I have the prep medication due to a new policy that they've implemented yet I was literally there 4 days before and no one informed me that they we're updating there policy so now I have to go elsewhere for testing and treatment when I just paid to get it from them and now as I'm waiting to talk to someone for a so I can unenroll and get a refund there no managers available even though I just talk to one named Horace on the phone and he told me he'd get the process start just for him to hang up and inform the front desk not to call him anymore the only people trying to talk to me or help in any form was the front desk girls no management would take the time to address my grievances read more
