I was genuinely excited to see they offer vegan cheese on their pizzas, so I made a point of visiting to try it. It's always great to find spots that cater to people with dairy sensitivities or different dietary choices. When you enter, you wait in line to order at the cash register. Then, you sit down and they bring you your food. I ordered a vegan pizza and sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and service was relatively fast despite the place being packed! While my pizza was a bit on the greasy side (which I didn't mind in the moment), the flavor was really enjoyable. Unfortunately, after eating there, I felt unwell for a couple of days. I can't confirm my stomach upset was related to the pizza, but that was my experience. They also host live music on weekend evenings. It was a little louder than I prefer, but if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, that could definitely be a plus. The place was busy when I visited, which is always a good sign, and while I had to park up the street, the free parking was convenient. Overall, I appreciate that they offer inclusive menu options, found their service to be friendly and fast, and appreciated the clean restrooms, even on a busy night. One additional note: the logo features imagery that appears to reference a stereotypical Native headdress, and as far as I can tell, the business isn't Native-owned. What a cool concept! Brewery meets pizza meets arcade. I had the pleasure of eating lunch here during a quick trip up to Dalton recently for training. They had a lunch special that included a small pizza, salad and fountain drink. Stellar deal, as the pizza was really good and the salad was huge. Lots of seating here as well! I didn't get a chance to try the beer or arcade but 5 stars just for the concept alone. If I'm ever back up this way, I'm certainly going back to this place and trying everything. read more

I was absolutely blown away by this brewing spot. I had one of the best wood fired pizzas of my life here for the most reasonable price I've seen in years! To further the fun we were able to seat 15 people here without reservations. It is first come first serve and we lucked out for sure. The interior isn't anything special but who cares when you can have your own pizza for $15!!! I know this is a brewery it I didn't try any of the beverages although they looked tasty and they had a good selection. Next time I will try something. I enjoyed my pizza here! The wings were also pretty tasty. I ate that whole fucking thing and like three wings man! I probably would have eaten all of the wings had my partner not snagged them. I did find it odd I didn't see their own beer advertised at all though. Nothing. I had an ipa. It was hazy and pretty tasty. I don't recall the name. I am not a fan of order food at this counter, tip the staff please at the register, and then hey, order beer at this counter, tip them in advance too, and then hope someone waits on you, kind of service model. This is easily my favorite restaurant since moving to Georgia 3 months ago . Easy ordering, Amazing beer made in house, wine slushies!!!! My son and I split a pizza. The calamari is sooooo good !!!!! Their fry is consistent and perfect everytime. This is our 3rd time in. It's not rubbery and the marinara sauce that they give to dip it in doesn't overpower the calamari. We used to give Cherokee 5 stars. I have to say that as a regular customer, my last 2 visits have been disappointing. We bragged about how much we love Cherokee to our family and brought 5 of them from out of town. It had always been an enjoyable experience prior. The beet salad, my favorite, had very few beets and was light on the goat cheese. We ordered 6 pizzas all which lacked ingredients. Mostly crust. The 3 different order of wings were fine. December 5, 2020 We came here after a fun day exploring some of the service roads inside the Cahoota Wilderness where there were 2 of the 32 4000 ft peaks, eager for a nice brewski and some fine wood fired pizza. You order your food at the register first and then pick a socially distanced table, and then I went to the bar to pick out drinks for myself and Nicole while Nicole found us a table. I wasn't wild about the taste of the local IPAs but thankfully they had some outside beers too. Our servers were all wearing masks, but it was a cold outside so folks were gathering inside a little too closely. We had a veggie and a meet pizza and they were both good. Not unusually good. There is a brew-cade which your kids can play in (paid by the hour). A live band was setting up and we heard one song. I guess it was still early. The space inside is pretty good. And the tables have long benches to sit on (German style). Definitely a hot spot for Dalton, which has a lot of charm, and we will need to explore another day during daylight hours. Great assortment of brews, including those made in house, as well as really good pizza & wings! Really cool & relaxed setting with plenty of spacious tables for gathering. We came here between travel softball games during Scenic City and they accommodated our 15+ with no problems and Dads got great refreshments while daughters & Moms got grub & hydration. Lots of televisions for catching up with the rest of the world, and located in historical downtown of Dalton, so near a lot of cool stuff (ice cream & donut parlor, etc!). Bar staff was so fun and nice! I have celiac which means I require gluten free crust, and they have it. They have a separate oven, but you should call ahead to have them heat it up. They will use the normal oven for gluten free, but if you explain you can't have cross contamination they will clean it for you. They were very careful and the pizza was so good. My wife and I ate at Cherokee Brewing prior to a bike race. We went there on the recommendation of some of the locals. We had the gluten free crush with mushrooms, Canadian bacon, and pineapple and it was great! Most pizza places have a less than palatable gluten free crust, but their's was very tasty. Wow. Wasn't expecting a place this good in Dalton, Georgia to be honest. We walked down from the other local brewery (really? Two?) to find ourselves in the middle of trivia night. We weren't initially enthusiastic about going here because it appeared they didn't carry a lot of their own beers. But it actually works fine and they carry other good beers, though I had two good ones from them. The pizza is serious and almost worth the drive back for. I really enjoyed my lunch. I had the fried cheese, veggie pizza and beet salad. The beet salad was large and reallly delicious. It was so good that I bought ingredients to try and replicate it. My least favorite part of the meal was the fried cheese. It wasnt bad, but just a little bland. When you come in, you order, then sit down. They have several TVs that were playing sports but it wasnt too loud. The staff was average. The pizza was delicious! I would definitely come back and try more items from the menu. Located downtown in a big old building with lots of parking, about five minutes from exit 333 on interstate 75. Amazing selection of guest beers and three of their own, we did our best to enjoy as many beers as possible while wondering two pizzas, probably a good 12" covered in fresh quality ingredients, these pizzas were both around the $10 mark, loaded with toppings, beautifully cooked. Very cool place to grab a beer and pizza. Total industrial setting tanks and garage doors that is very inviting and comfortable. Patio seating is nice but is really set up for larger groups of people. They have tables that are like 8 feet long. That would be a little uncomfortable for a party of two, but inside is great! Parking is free and plentiful. Inside it's the normal industrial setting that you expect from a brewery. Personally I love it! Great bar area and tons of tables to make yourself right at home. The ordering process is a bit confusing. You walk in and there is no signage telling you to seat yourself, please wait to be seated, order at the counter, nothing. You are kind of left to yourself to figure it out. Once you get the system it's no big deal. You order at the counter, they take your name, hand you one of those blinky pagers and you fix your own drinks and have a seat. From there the servers find you when your food is ready. If you want a beer or wine you order from the bar. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights. The guy playing while we were there was actually VERY good! Just a man and his guitar and we could have listened to him all night. We had the pizza which was fantastic. Great crust, plentiful toppings and fresh mozzarella cheese. They also have Buffalo cheese if you so choose as well as a red sauce or pesto. They have wings for $9.00 which are obviously a huge hit as there were as many wings in tables as there were pizzas. I wasn't in the mood for pizza, which turned out to be a mistake. My fellow diners found their pizzas good. But my non-pizza items were a bit disappointing. I ordered calamari, bruschetta, and meatballs. The calamari was very greasy and there was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the serving dish. They also were flavorless, and only a good dose of salt made them edible. Both the bruschetta and meatballs were drowning in balsamic oil that dominated the dishes with cloying sweetness. The bruschetta wasn't toasted and minimal toppings. The meatballs were more of a Swedish than Italian style and are breaded and deep fried. Underneath the dominating balsamic drenching it would have had a decent flavor. read more

First of let me start by saying that I've been in here a few times and it's always been good pizza buttttt...this last time was a BIG disappointment.. I went in at 9:10pm to place an order to go because they didn't answer when I called about 10/15 min prior.. they tell me that they are closed when on the door it says they close at 10pm and online 9:30. I ask for a manager and they tell me there wasn't one.. so basically the employees just close the doors where they want and that's bad for business. Mind you there were people in the dining eating pizza like it came out not too long ago and the employees are mopping already. (I've worked in the service industry a very long time to know you are never supposed to start mopping when there are customers in there eating still) Such a shame. read more

The meat pizza is sooooo yummy! We also got the veggie pizza and it was really good too! The space was really nice, there was even live music setting up for later. It was cold so everyone was inside which makes me a little covid nervous but servers were wearing masks. We also sat by the door for fresh air. So I didn't not live any of the house ipa's but there were guest beers so I had an ipa from another brewery located here in Atlanta. The food was really good and I would come back for the pizza. Wow, what a jewel!! We were just passing thru Dalton and checked Yelp for a good place to eat. The pizza here was amazing. A veggie pizza with about 10 topping for $12.95. Half the price of mellow mushroom but 3x the toppings. My husband always gives me his crust pieces but not today. He no share!! He ate every little crumb. We didn't sample the beer this time but the pizza was so good, we may go back tomorrow for more! Plenty of casual seating - some picnic tables. They have live music on the weekends which was nice but extremely loud. I must say the service was outstanding! We ordered right away and the pizza came almost before we found our seats. There is adequate outdoor seating, too. The location is hard to find as it isn't on the Main Street rather it is behind a building. There is adequate parking even when it's extremely busy there.
