Very difficult to talk to someone on the phone. They do text. When we arrived , the site we were given had someone in it I called and she really didn't care what site I went in. Long concrete pads with fairly large lot. Absolutely no shade. Approx 100 sites but only 5 had starter trees. No office or host available. There is a laundry room. No picnic tables. There is a small play area for kids. It seems anyone can show up for an overnight and no one would ever know. That made it feel a little unsafe. It reminded me of a trailer park for campers. Most campers there were workers or permanent It is right off the highway. $45/night. We were there one night in a motorhome. Will not return

First night was chilly night and although I personally don't like chilly this chilly was truly amazing and our waiter Jenny was so kind. The second night was pizza night they had wide variety of pizza and my favorite was the truffle cheese pizza. This place has different type of trailers for rental or you can bring your own trailer. I stayed at the vintage 1962 trailer which was very girly and cute with all the pink colors and I felt like I was transported into a 1960's movie. Throughout our time there they also provided us with snacks and made us a charcuterie board. Overall the experience was great.

I also love walking over to the pond to see what you can find -- it adds to the charm and makes the visit feel special. And I can say, after living here for over a year or so due to work, this place had us spoiled. First it has a pool, a gym with so much equipment, on site propane, mailroom, full bathrooms with walk-in showers, a theater room, a bar, plenty of washer and dryers with laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen and a community area to host parties. I'm sure I'm leaving out a few other things but they have so much to offer. Each lot has so much space in between the next. Enough space to place a grill, full patio set, fire pit, and raised beds. It is also fairly quiet in the front even though you are close to the highway. Every once and a while you will hear a motorcycle or vehicle but it dies down quickly afterwards. It's about 5 miles or so from I-20 and may 2-3 miles from town. The police department and sheriff's office are less that 2 miles away. But with being so close to everything it is still surrounded by two huge cow fields.

The owners Ray and Tina were great and so available for any questions or needs we would have.
