The property is beautiful--clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our week-long stay. While the location isn't particularly walkable, access to fast food, grocery stores, and restaurants was easy via Uber, so getting around wasn't a problem. That said, there were a couple of downsides. I requested toilet paper from housekeeping and had to wait over two hours before eventually going to the front desk to get it myself. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made rinsing off quite frustrating. Despite those inconveniences, the stay was pleasant overall, and I would consider staying here again due to its location and the welcoming atmosphere.

That I was Welcome to go back to the RV park we stayed at last YEAR....ie. East Texas RV Park. SO WE DID, just that! I am VERY GLAD WE Did. HAVE TO PAY Some Electric "Whoopi"!:) R And R Rent is $ 350.00. UP. Electric, Water and Sewer are free/included in the rent. No where, by our spot (#14), was a good place for our dogs to tend their business NO CABLE OR INTERNET/WI-FI. AND ALOT OF MUD!!!! He is working on this side of the property intending to fix the isues. BTW: ETRVP - FREE SATELLITE, FREE WI-FI, Some free electric, Free Water, Free Sewer and plenty of yard for us to walk our dogs. RENT IS ONLY $ 325.00 in our situation. The lady was very accommodating and answered our questions.
