I have very good insurance and have never had to pay anything other than my copay, elsewhere. When I asked if I could just get the eye exam and take my prescription, I was told that I would still need to pay the fitting fee even if I just wanted a prescription and didn't want to order my contacts from them. If you absolutely love the vibe you get when you walk into a sleepy car dealership... This is the place for you.

So, with an appointment I went in on 12/29 trying to spend some year end FSA dollars. It was a complete disaster. Even with the appointment I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. Then after an Hour trying to get my order in the computer I was simply told they can't do it. Just wow! I left with nothing. So fast forward to last Thursday. I figured I would give them another chance. With no appointment I walk in and was seen immediately. In about 15 minutes I had my glasses picked out, ordered and in the system. Let me say right here that an excellent employee saved this business from a 1 star and made it a 5 star! Polly was absolutely AMAZING! So informative, pleasant and just delightful to talk to. Rude on phone. He did terrible on surgery. I can see distant vision but not near vision well. Very blurry. When I mentioned it, He left the room saying "You got the victory ". (Whatever that means I sure don't know). He and his group is hateful, uncaring, and unskilled. I would suggest you to go somewhere else.
