This store reminds me of a smaller scale Marshalls. There's a good variety of clothes and other apparel. I saw a Knick-Knack section. I didn't have a lot of time to shop because I had just left Aldi with a bag of frozen chicken tenders and no cold bag. There wasn't nearly the huge number of customers that I expected. They probably loaded up during the Grand Opening. I hope to get the chance to do some serious shopping tomorrow.

I have an 18 month old son that is in a few different sizes. It sometimes makes it hard to figure out what size clothes to get him because I don't always know how they will fit. Well when I entered the Gaffney store on Saturday a staff member immediately greeted me. She let me know of the promotions going on. Ana then showed me where I could find my son size. I let her know the struggle that I was having with his clothes and the way they fit. She explained to me that she has the same problem with her son and that she would be more than happy to explain how certain clothes fit and would help me pick some things out. It was very nice to finally have someone that knew exactly how the clothes would fit my son. She knew her product like the back of her hand. I will recommend her to my sister who also shops at Osh Kosh for her daughter. It was nice to feel cared about in a store instead of feeling like everyone is just after my money. Overall I had the best experience in an Osh Kosh!

Not a bad Polo Factory Store…read more It's definitely one of the smaller Polo Factory Stores I've seen, perhaps the smallest. It has a simple layout. When you enter, to the left is the men's section, to the right is the women's section, and the middle (back) is the children's section. The center of the store is where the checkout registers are located, four registers to be exact. I've purchased some Classic Fit Polo shirts (interlock style) from this store. Most recently, I purchased a long sleeve t-shirt. The regular outlet price for this shirt is $24.99, but it was on sale for the holidays for $19.99. Not only that, but I received a coupon in the mail for an additional 20% off, so the shirt only cost me $15.99 plus tax. Score. You can save money by shopping for sales during the major holidays and by registering your email and snail mail addresses for coupons. This Polo Factory Store is never slammed and I like that. The employees are polite and efficient.

Service I found to be somewhat on the poor side. I was walking around and although acknowledged when walking in I was looking for my size in a few sweaters and there were two male employees just ignoring me folding clothing. I went up to one of them and asked if they had any other sizes and he mentioned the sizes out on the tables were what they had! Unfortunately for the style I was looking for they did not have the size! A really peeve when outlet shopping! However this is how outlet shopping is at times! Selection here was on the lower side of decent, nothing earth shattering. However the deals here were really nothing special. You need to come here when they have some smoking deals to take advantage. Polo is an American classic and has classic styling. A bit like Uncle Pete meets Henrietta at the yacht club style but it doesn't hurt to have one or two items in the closet!
