When I say a set I mean irons, hybrids, and driver. I asked them why so low they said that they only pay 30% of what they buy in. I then proceeded to ask them why are you selling a set of much older clubs for 129.99 and that was just for the irons. I asked the manager why were they ripping people off like that and he ignored my question and walked away. I would not recommend this place to buy or sell things to or from. They were extremely rude while i was in the store I will not be back and I will make sure I tell everyone about how bad my experience was the worst customer service i have every received at a retailer.

It seems like every week or so new businesses just pop up out of nowhere! And this appeared to be one of those. Actually, this is not a new store ; just new to us. This is an upscale second hand thrift store. There were more nice, slightly used clothes and other things in here than in any place I've ever been to! They mostly serve ladies and children's needs with a limited line of things for guys. I took a couple of pictures and videos of Classy's. The folks who were working here were nice and helpful and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to save money on name brand clothing. Especially ladies!

Strategically placed lighting both dim and bright along with some loud urban music (the kind that makes me want to hurry up and run away from the store). I do like the workout clothes and their clothing styles in general. I think they do a great job with that. The sneakers felt a little too "all over the place" and came across as a bit schizophrenic stylistically. Props for having a "tight" store with a strong image but we ended up at the Adidas Store for some more classic looking sneaks and sportswear.... As I was posting this review I read an interesting article this morning regarding Under Armour losing popularity among young people. It also mentioned something about a new company policy (as of last year) that no longer allows employees to charge "strip club" visits to corporate accounts...hmmm. Not a bad Polo Factory Store…read more It's definitely one of the smaller Polo Factory Stores I've seen, perhaps the smallest. It has a simple layout. When you enter, to the left is the men's section, to the right is the women's section, and the middle (back) is the children's section. The center of the store is where the checkout registers are located, four registers to be exact. I've purchased some Classic Fit Polo shirts (interlock style) from this store. Most recently, I purchased a long sleeve t-shirt. The regular outlet price for this shirt is $24.99, but it was on sale for the holidays for $19.99. Not only that, but I received a coupon in the mail for an additional 20% off, so the shirt only cost me $15.99 plus tax. Score. You can save money by shopping for sales during the major holidays and by registering your email and snail mail addresses for coupons. This Polo Factory Store is never slammed and I like that. The employees are polite and efficient.

Service I found to be somewhat on the poor side. I was walking around and although acknowledged when walking in I was looking for my size in a few sweaters and there were two male employees just ignoring me folding clothing. I went up to one of them and asked if they had any other sizes and he mentioned the sizes out on the tables were what they had! Unfortunately for the style I was looking for they did not have the size! A really peeve when outlet shopping! However this is how outlet shopping is at times! Selection here was on the lower side of decent, nothing earth shattering. However the deals here were really nothing special. You need to come here when they have some smoking deals to take advantage. Polo is an American classic and has classic styling. A bit like Uncle Pete meets Henrietta at the yacht club style but it doesn't hurt to have one or two items in the closet!

On this visit my friend was looking for bathing suits for her upcoming honeymoon. She had purchased a couple from another store in the mall and went into Torrid just to see what they offered. They have an amazing swim suit section. The suits fit her perfectly and look amazing. They really compliment her shape. And those other suits will be returned to back to the other store. The staff is so helpful and fun. Everyone we meet was nice and fun to be around. Creates a great atmosphere for shopping especially for swim suit shopping!!! One other amazing plus is the dressing rooms have fans!!! Everyone knows how hot fitting rooms are and they take the heat out of getting undressed!!!
