I would like to share my disturbing experience on Dec. 16, 2011. I call the Nautica store (864-489-5505) in Gaffney, SC about price error made during my previous night's purchase. Store employee Tiffany answered the call around 1 PM EST. I explained the issue and seek for Tiffany's assistance. The conversation was in neutral motion and there was nothing special about it. After Tiffany told me that she didn't have authority, I asked her if I could talk to store supervisor. Tiffany put the phone down and talked to supervisor in the background. Unfortunately I could hear Tiffany's conversation loud & clear. There were many offensive and provocative words like "this idiot", "asshole", etc. I was shocked and extremely disturbed by what I heard. What made the case even worse is that Tiffany and I didn't have any argue or unpleasant conversation prior to me requesting talking to store supervisor. I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude experience from Nautica or any other stores over the past 20 years. I used to visit this store location on my way driving from Charlotte to Atlanta. All of the rest employees always are professional and courtesy. This experience really bothers me. By the way, store supervisor Marla did help me resolved the price error, which was caused by computer. Marla was professional, and she did apologize for Tiffany's behavior.

Asked for contact number for company, called to complain....they say they can't help with a store.....even though it is a company-owned store. Checked with the Nike and UnderArmour stores at this location......fitting rooms are closed, but RETURNS ARE FINE!!!! Beware if purchasing, the stance of Adidas and the people in the store is " NO RETURNS". Checking to see if credit card company sees this differently.
