Put the rear wheels back on and drove over after giving them a call. We were greeted by the lady in charge at the counter and they worked us in to the tire jobs already in progress. It took about 45-60 minutes start to finish. They had to burn them off with a torch and get replacement lug bolts from their parts supplier nearby. Nice folks, reasonable price for the service. Will definitely keep them in mind for tires and other things.

The store manager told me he needed to talk to the owner - I asked if he wanted to look at the damage and he said "no, I take your word for it". My dad Lee Bright witnessed this conversation. I messaged the owner three times with no response even though he told the manager to tell me (even though the owner had not laid eyes on my vehicle) that he knows his shop didn't do the damage.
