Horrible place ! I just left there they charged me $162 for what I'm not sure. I got an Acrylic Fill on my fingers and toes and a crappy pedicure !! My nails are thick and the polish is uneven. I originally asked for ombré on my fingers and I asked if she can do it ombré and I told her pink to white ombré ! Idk what she was using but she was dabbing white on but it wasn't even white it ended up a muddy pink color cause it was covering acrylic under neath and they were patchy , so I just asked her to do all white and it just got worse. I have a cut on my finger. After I said something her mood changed. On my toes I got crappy pedicure but whatever but I asked her to cut my toes down and I like them super square like I stated and they were already a perfect square but she ended up rounding the edges out and also cut my toe and they are sideways nails and also crappy gel job. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I will never go back EVER! And I am not one to complain but it's just so bad I just can't help it ! Seriously do not do it. Cleanliness #1 downfall. I was band from coming in due to my negative reviews. Elaine does great work. It's been about a year since i've been band from this salon. The owner told Elaine to tell me I wasnt allowed anymore. Instead of paying close attention to Cleanliness. The owner thought the best option was not to service me. anymore.I havent been inside, I do hope that my reviews on the salon being less than clean,hopefully the salon has focused on being cleaner and sanitizing tools and all areas and stations. Very shady business! I had a service and was charged more than I was supposed to pay. I was told I was charged a fee because of the card type I used but even then it doesn't add up to how much extra I was charged. When I complained, I was told I can get a discount next time I come in. Clean atmosphere, no music or tv playing, massage chairs were nice. 1st time 1 younger lady asked to upgrade me to a callous removal, when I don't have any and don't want super dogs les anyway. She seemed passive aggressive and when she did my foot scrub she didn't use any pressure what do ever. The next time I went and had a different lady, and she did a great job, but called 1 hour ahead to make an appointment for 3 of us that they were 30 minutes late for 2 of us and 45 minutes late for the 3rd person, which they could've mentioned something on the call and didn't. Which means they still took new walk ins, even though they were expecting us. Overall, the work is good. read more

Came in for eyebrow waxing. She did a horrible service , my eyebrows is way thinner than the other one . the wax was super hot. She was such in a rush . I'm so sad . I'm new to the area. I should've just drove back to my eyebrow lady all the way in Tempe because I know she wouldn't have done them like this. Wanted to try it out and this is what I got so sad that my eyebrows are now gonna have to be uneven until they grow back . Didn't ask me if I wanted to clean up or a shape she just basically did whatever she wanted now I'm left with two uneven eyebrows. read more

I've been here a few times and Elaine has done a great job on my nails. However what I have noticed is when she is busy she rushes a bit and my nail doesn't come out as good. So I recommend going on a day that isn't so busy or early! Overall I think I have found my nail lady that I've been searching for! read more

I dunno this place seems untidy. Borderline dirty, there's crap everywhere. Cluttered and doesn't feel relaxing to be there. There's only one lady that does nails nice. E live in a nice area and this place doesn't seem like it matches the neighborhood, it's a hole in the wall and doesn't live upto the other new salons that have just opened up. First of all, definitely not a place to go have a mani pedi day with a child, they were careless by cutting my grandaughters finger so bad that it didn't stop bleeding and even worse to still have the nerve to charge me!! A nice, respectable, caring business would have said, "Don't worry about it, we are not charging you for badly cutting your child, but not these heartless greedy ppl they gladly charged! I highly recommend staying away from this place. I've also been here previously a couple of times as a last resort and was asked to show a picture of the design I wanted, but yet it looked nothing like the picture!
