My last request was to talk to a manager, which resulted in them turning me over to collections. I got screwed out of $700 for a five minute office visit. Total incompetency.

They gave me more than enough warnings that if any procedures were done, I would need to pay before I left. Dr Chavez walked in and immediately told me there is nothing that I can do for rosacea and it's just my complexion. I tried explaining to him that it's not, and that I have been trying different things to resolve this like changes in diet and eliminating alcohol. He cut me off and very quickly just said he could prescribe me 2 creams that sometimes work and sometimes don't work. Never once touched my face or came close to even look to see if there were any areas of concern that I was unaware of. Within 2 minutes he was out the door and I felt like I accomplished nothing during this visit. I will never go back and I will be going to a new doctor who cares enough to actually do their job.

Dr Brual had a scheduled surgery to remove skin cancer from my father. I live out of state and this…read moresurgery was going to require someone to care for him afterwards, and given he lives there with no family close by we arranged for me to be there for the surgery, including spending over a thousand dollars on a last minute plane ticket and taking time off of work. THREE DAYS before the surgery Dr Brual cancelled the procedure because he didn't feel comfortable doing it in his own facility, and is not affiliated with any hospitals. When I called to get clarification as to why he waited until the last minute to decide why he couldn't do it, the receptionist got into a screaming match with me and said "OKAY HE WILL GO AHEAD AND DO THE SURGERY THEN!" This is the most unprofessional place I have ever spoken to in my life, and it makes me wonder what procedures is he doing even though he may not be comfortable with it? How many patients has he done surgery on in his own practice that should've been done at a hospital? Something as serious as skin cancer that needs operated on, now has to wait months and start completely over with a new doctor because Dr. Brual waited until the last minute to decide he couldn't do it.
