Meanwhile, they boast perfect reviews and being one of the most stress-free and caring dental offices around. I am currently proceeding with caution. I found this office after stumbling across a 50% off Invisalign promotion on IG. After my first visit, I couldn't imagine going elsewhere for dental care. I waited about 15 minutes past my 6PM appt time to be seen. This office is about a year old. The staff is diverse and they made every effort to make sure my visit was comfortable. They have a comfort menu that offers complimentary lip balm, eye mask, blanket... etc. I don't dread the dentist after my appointment at The Dental Boutique. Dr. Vallo was transparent and professional about my treatment. Great Expressions could never compare... they have a tv on the ceiling and one facing you that displays a greeting "Welcome [Insert Your Name Here]". The personalization and obvious care they show you will have you wanting to return.

The practice bills additional codes and double dips with insurance to maximize profits. Practice should be investigated for insurance fraud. Update: I found a new dental office the same day and had the same procedures that this firm said I needed on my treatment plan. Both are in-network providers with my insurance but somehow the new place calculated at $380 less out of pocket than what Rivercrest calculated. Against my better judgement I had the work performed. The assistant Michael was very polite and caring, the dentist was nice, it was a tough extraction but she did it successfully. The next day, after the fog wore off I checked with Delta Dental Insurance and discovered MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER 80-90% OF THIS SERVICE.!!!! Also, the Delta Rep told me the maximum reasonable and customary allowance was around $770.00. THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE.!!!! (They did give me a small discount $141.00) which I appreciated. How can a business do this to a customer???? How can they sleep at night treating people this way????? My primary dentist I go to in Riverview is SO awesome and ethical.
