The best part was the backyard: beautiful quiet beach and warm clean pool. The waves were a little wild due to Hurricane Erin, but the beach was clean and mostly empty. Also spotted dolphins in the afternoon and on another day mid morning. This was unit 801. Lovely balcony overlooking pool deck and beach. The exterior o f the building is old and needs some love but inside the unit was clean and cozy. I would for sure stay here again.

Seeing various wildlife was a daily event: gators, turtles, kingfisher, herons and a wood stork. The campground is small and remote. The sights are narrow and short. It has mix of FHU and E&W only. The park's electric and sewer does need some work, our sewer connection malfunctioned, but they did repair itright away. Also had inconsistent power, our GFCI kept tripping. (Never happened before or after). So the ground may have been a problem. The closest full service grocery store is a Winn-Dixie in Crescent City, Seville does have a Dollar General. Local Restaurants: Pierson Family Diner- good home cooking. Idle Awhile- nice bar, good food, indoor & outdoor seating on the lake and live music.

This RV Park has wonderful upsides and some really negative downsides. It is beautiful with its…read morepalm trees and live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The retention ponds are full of turtles, frogs, fish with an occasional gator after breeding season. Squirrels, armadillos, raccoons and opossums can be found without much effort. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Almost all the people you meet in the park are very friendly, readily willing to share their life and RV experiences. The cost to stay in the park is very reasonable getting less expensive the longer your stay. Bathrooms, laundry facility, and the commons area are well kept but the grounds and some sites need more attention than they get. The only real downside is that there is no security. On several occasions there have been drunken physical confrontations, loud and angry arguments that might go on into the wee hours of the morning. Unbelievably loud motorcycle and auto traffic on the Park's roads and paths at unreasonable hours sometimes occurs. All such cases are dealt with, but not until after the fact, usually the following day. At night, there is no on-premises security to suppress uncivil behaviors. All-in-all staying here is very congenial and I would recommend it to others. But with my recommendation comes the provision that at times there is an uncomfortable downside.

Staff/Owners are very accommodating and are always adding more things to improve the place. They have an above ground pool for summer with a surrounding deck. They are pet friendly. There is small pond for fishing, two bath houses (one with a stand up shower, one with a tub), only thing i would recommend is adding more washers and dryers. they have two sets which stay pretty occupied a lot of the times. as far as the cabins i believe they have various sizes but some of our family stayed in one of the smaller ones and said it wasn't worth the price due to the height of the ceiling was almost touching her head.

Keith and his wife are some of the most generous, Godly people that I know. Keith has worked so hard to make his park safe, beautiful, and a place of rest for family's to come and enjoy. He has cared deeply about families being able to get back to a simpler time and enjoy the beauty around us that God has given us. Cambree, I know for a fact that you and your mom felt that the park is safe because your mother has left you alone many, many times to go to work in another town 45 min away and those people above that you have spoken so rudely about have cared for you, looked after you, fed you, and have been there for you and your mother on many occasions. You and your mother have stayed on Keith's property for over 2 years now. I wonder if she even knows that you wrote this review, but you would probably lie about that too. You are a thirteen year old child. How terrible that you would get on here with the lies that your spreading about some very dear people who are running a business is beyond wrong. For you to lie and potentially ruin someone's name and livelihood is so incredibly distasteful, and just shows how young, immature, and rude you are. I pray that anyone that reads your post will realize it's written by a thirteen year old, malicious teenage girl and doesn't put any real stock in it. Anyone that is thinking of visiting, please don't let the negative review above make your decision. These people are the most wonderful, real people. Keith vets every family and camper that wants to visit his park fully. The park is clean, and Keith makes sure to fix any complaints that has ever been brought to his attention. There are park rules that he expects his campers to follow and he is very upfront about what those are. Keith is a man of his word and cares so much about people and their families. I imagine the review about will hurt him deeply and he would never want anyone to think this of him. If you want to visit a place where you enter as strangers, and leave knowing lifelong friends and feel welcome forever, Trails End Outdoors is the place to come. Trails End will always be a beautiful campground with so much love. Keith is displaying the very image of what Jesus tells us to be and do by the way he accommodates and makes people feel like family and right at home- love thy neighbor.

I was very…read moretired so I did pass out for two hours, but then I woke up and was up all night because the bed was so creepy mushy spray all the pills were three different textures so disgusting. The overhead light didn't work. The barstools are broken. The closet door is falling off and everything is stained and grimy and just disgusting. Needless to say I woke up. I'm exhausted. My body is killing me and I checked out. I canceled the rest of my days. I'd rather sleep in my car or just go home.
