Great happy hour sale... too bad they did NOT honor this price. They said it was going to take effect "next week" this is super illegal

I would give them zero stars if I could. Deceptive and illegal pricing. Their posted "happy hour" sale was not honored. I asked the manager to adjust the price and he strongly refused. The man told me he couldn't adjust prices in the computer system. It's not really about the $3 it's more about the lack of integrity and transparency. If they're breaking the law on this, it makes me wonder what else this car wash is breaking the law in. This was my first time visiting, I will never return again.

Hand wash is hard to find and here is great! They handle my new Outlander with no scratches, wheel dressing and Great vacuuming. I endup getti g my membership to come as many times I want in the month.

Please do not get your car washed at this place because the machine broke my tire valve. The manager on the spot didn't wanna pay for it because he was trying to make excuses saying how the valve was two pointed out of the rim. He did not offer no compensation because of his mistake nor did he apologize.

I went in Sunday morning, there was only one customer there as they had just opened 30 minutes prior. I requested a wash that included a few "upgrades" air freshener, tire shine, & a few other things I did NOT get. I paid as soon as I walked in and waited as I was in no rush, kids were hungry so I left as soon as it was done, I noticed the inside was not vacuumed which was ok I could do that to my liking . However my windows are horrible and I noticed at night It's dangerous I can barely see and I was not going ri complain but it's dangerous. It's not ok. I've gotten the cheapest wash at other locations and my car has never been worse than when I brought it in like this experience was. I'm a bit upset because I feel scammed but I'm more appalled at how they left my windows

Worst car wash I've ever been to. They severely scratched the interior of my brand new RX350. Please see below for pictures/videos. As you can see, there were significant scratches on my car's touchscreen display and wooden compartment right underneath it. Mind you it took me 30 mins to drive here. I don't live in the area so by the time I drove back to show the manager he was unprofessional, giving me attitude and had the audacity to blame me for "opening and closing the compartment so much" and blamed "Lexus for selling me a defective model." No accountability was taken whatsoever nor my money was given back. I wasted my time and money. I am extremely upset and am at a loss for words how he handled the situation. Terrible service -- would never go back or recommend. Would totally leave 0 stars if I could.

I went in for a car wash and ask the lady to wiped down my front windshield, they lady used some kind of tools and scratch my tint . I talked to the manager and the owner . They said they are not responsible for it and only offered me a basic wash when I come back .

Scratched my car after vacuuming

I normally clean out my car and trunk before getting a car wash and so when I was putting things back in my trunk I noticed a scratch on my bumper after coming back to this car wash the second time. All I can think of was when the guy was vacuuming my trunk and the long vacuum tube was dragged and scratched my car. Good customer service, again, their wash isn't perfect and I came back because their car wash was decent but now that they scratched my car, I'm not coming back.

Got here in time for the early bird special. $20.99 that starts from 8-10:30am Monday - Thursday. I appreciate that Cherry Hill Car wash supports military. Excellent service with very little wait time.

Left spider webs inside after a "detail"

Take your business elsewhere! Complete rip off. Paid for a detail they did not fully finish cleaning the inside. Go to Carwood Car Wash for better service.

Clothes, bags, that were all organized had been tossed around. Seats left all jacked up.

Read Before Going! I…read morereally wanted to support this local business, but my experience here has been a complete nightmare, and their customer service is non-existent. If you care about your car, please read this before bringing your car to Bixby Auto Car Wash. On (June 21st) around 1:40 PM, While watching through the viewing window, I noticed the staff having significant trouble guiding my car onto the automated rails. An attendant ended up forcing and adjusting the vehicle on the rail, and right then, I saw my front driver-side hubcap pop off. When the car came out, the hubcap was missing. The manager on duty found it, but it was clearly broken, buckled, and fractured from being crushed against their rail guide. The manager snapped it back on and assured me it would hold, but because the structural integrity was completely compromised, it flew off on the road the next day and is now gone. I took close-up photos of the damage on-site under their canopy before leaving. I have called multiple times, sent a detailed email with photos, and even reached out via direct message. Total silence. I have yet to receive a single response from the owners or upper management. But then again, why would they want to take responsibility for damaging a customer's car? When an issue actually happens, no one here wants to be held accountable. An important warning to future customers: Keep a very close eye on your car while it's on the line. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they deliberately frosted the glass in the viewing area just to keep customers from easily observing their cars getting damaged. They have the exact timestamp (June 21st between 1:35 PM and 1:45 PM) to check their security cameras and verify every single word of this, but they choose to ignore me instead. I will absolutely never be coming back here. Take your business somewhere that actually respects your property and responds when they make a mistake!

I usually get the Ultimate "C" package which is around $43.99 plus extra charge for larger vehicles which is around $50 after taxes. This package comes with armor all on all the trim, side mirrors, running boards, tonneau covers Etc. Today, I received the worst wash ever from Bixby Knolls Car Wash. My side mirrors were left dusty, my tires were dry, half dressed, tonneau cover was left dirty and as if they didn't even scrub it, my truck was left was dirty smudges as if the used a dirty towel to dry it. I feel like I was ripped off for my $65 bucks (wash plus tip) I've never seen such a half ass wash in my life. I will be calling tomorrow to ask for a refund.

As a Ceramic Club member paying $35.99/month, I expect the services included in my membership to be…read moreconsistently delivered. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location. For over two months, the drying component at the end of the wash has not been functioning properly. I've even recorded video showing that the system is not making contact with the vehicle as intended. This is not an occasional issue--it has been ongoing and consistent. I spoke with a technician, Kenneth, who provided multiple explanations, including that certain vehicles (like Mustangs) may not always be fully dried due to design. However, I've owned this same vehicle for two years and have never had this issue before--the system consistently dried the front of my car without exception until recently. That explanation simply does not align with prior performance. More concerning was the lack of accountability and follow-up. I was not provided with a supervisor's contact information, nor was I given a clear path to escalate the issue. Kenneth appeared to be doing his best, but it was evident that he has not been properly equipped or trained to handle customer concerns of this nature. This reflects a broader management and training issue, not an individual failure. To be clear, I am not asking for a discount--I am asking for the service that I am paying for to be delivered as advertised. Management should address two key areas: 1. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning as promised. 2. Provide employees with the training and authority needed to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively. At this time, the service being provided does not meet the standard expected for a paid membership, and that is disappointing. -------------FOLLOW UP TO AARON---- Hi Aaron, Thank you for reaching out and for the explanation. I do appreciate the response, but I want to be very clear about my concerns. For over two months, I've been paying for a Ceramic Club membership that included a drying component that was not being delivered. At no point was this clearly communicated to members as a removed or non-functioning service. Continuing to charge full price while knowingly not providing a key part of the service is not acceptable. I'm also very concerned about the interaction I had onsite. The employee I spoke with identified himself as "Kenneth," but I now understand his name is Josue. That lack of transparency, along with the inconsistent explanations I was given, reflects a deeper issue with training and accountability. This isn't about one employee--it points to a systemic problem in how information is communicated to both staff and customers. I do appreciate that you're planning to install a new blower system, but that doesn't address the fact that customers have been paying for a service that wasn't being delivered during this time. At this point, I'm asking for three things: 1. Clear accountability for the lapse in service over the past two months. 2. A resolution that reflects the value of the service that was not provided. 3. Direct contact information for ownership or senior leadership so I can escalate this concern appropriately. I've been a paying member and expect transparency, honesty, and delivery of the services advertised. Right now, that standard has not been met. I look forward to your response. - Robert

I came in at 11:50am excited to get the $7 wash have I noticed the employees wipe your car down at the end, which is a big plus, & since my car didn't get all the way clean the first time around, still has some dirt marks, the manager let me go through the wash again and the man at the end is going above and beyond to make sure it's fully wiped down all around and on top because it's a Tesla, it's roof is see thru clear and we can see all the dirt! Anyways, it's fully cleaned again 2nd time around and I appreciate that really because I do ride share everyday in my car and I need a clean car! None the less, I like the vacuums! They're strong. Thank you

Good value at this semi-automated carwash located in Long Beach, CA…read more Probably the cheapest car wash near us, this was my first time going through it. It wasn't busy when we stopped by on a Wednesday early afternoon. It is initially set-up just like a car-wash at a gas station, where you drive to the front of an automated building. Before you enter, an attendant will ask for payment and credit cards are accepted. He will direct your car's front wheels to the right spot, ask to put your car into neutral, and the track will slowly pull your car through the wash where soap and cloth wheels will wash the dirt from your car. As you exit, there is another attendant that will hand-dry both sides of your car which is a nice touch. You can then drive to an open parking spot where there are vacuums on both sides to use...this is included as part of the wash. There are 3 levels of pricing, with the lowest (simple shampoo and hand dry) being $7. None of them includes an undercarriage flush (this is a must in places where they salt the roads, and was the main reason I would even get a car wash)...not necessary in Cali. Per my wife, the vacuum was especially strong today, and useful in getting out the beach sand. Also ended up losing some loose change (amazing how coins will end up in any crevice). I wonder if somebody looks for these when the vacuum traps are cleaned out.

One of those stops was Town & Country Car Wash, where I had washed my truck earlier that day. I called the number listed online, not expecting much, but I was genuinely impressed. I spoke with two different employees, and both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. A couple of hours later, one of the gentlemen actually called me back and stayed on the phone with me while he reviewed the surveillance footage. He watched as I washed my truck, followed my vehicle as I pulled out of the bay, and even zoomed in on the ground to see if anything had fallen out. Unfortunately, we didn't find what I had lost, but that's not the point. Out of every business I contacted while trying to retrace my steps, Town & Country Car Wash showed the most compassion, put in the most effort, and treated me like they genuinely cared. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. I've always thought this was one of the best car washes in the area, but now I have even more respect for them. Great wash, great staff, and people who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you again for taking the time to help me--it truly meant a lot.
