I wanted to love this place when it came down to review time, I really did, but frankly there were just too many issues for me to give it any higher than 3 stars. The cons: there was more miscellaneous crap smeared on the surfaces of my car AFTER the wash than before. Random clumps of what looked like clay wax INSIDE the car, shmutz on the windshield, armorall on the window surfaces which made everything smear and fog. The pros: when I took the car back to complain, the owner was very nice and had someone resolve all the issues. The manager who I've dealt with before came out to make sure everything looked right. It did look good, but then he told me that the window fog was my fault because I didn't leave the windows cracked open a little. 1) My car was on their lot for 3 hours after the wash, so if someone didn't leave windows open and should have..it was them, not me. 2) That doesn't explain the snot and squished bugs on the inside of my windows (squished bugs that weren't there before) and 3) certainly doesn't explain the random wax clumps on my door handles. They've done good washes for me before, and although they resolved all my issues with my last wash there...I really hated having to go back and have them correct shit at all...that's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back that I could have spent finding something delicious to eat. read more

They're open early so I go on the way to work. They have an early bird special for under $10. I have bought full detailing packages and thought they did a great job. I have been going to this carwash for some time now and I must admit the service level is dropping. I've meet several of the owners when they first opened however I really dont see them around anymore. The wash is still the same, a touchless system, which is nice however the interior cleaning has fallen quite a lot since they first began. Its now a rush job to get the car in and out. Awesome service on Saturday at 10am! I got the super save detail for $85 and when I asked about different options they were very open to offering me just shampooed seats and outer wash for cheaper but I decided the $85 would be money well spent and I was not disappointed! They made sure to pay attention to every detail in the interior and exterior. No drips stains or water marks. They even put a plastic seat cover over my driver seat as it was still a little damp. 5/1/16 Took my car in for a car wash on Sunday approximately at 9:30 Am. Left satisfied until I realized a few items that I had left inside my car were missing the next morning. I got the wash with wax and I believe a scent. My car doesnt have the scent I asked for. Or any scent what so ever. It was clean obvsly but not what i paid for. For the $70 charge for a detail and car wash there was glaring misses, I found lots of dirt and dust in all the common areas where your hands go, like the arm rests, window sills and cup holders. New to the area, so I stopped at a gas station and asked a couple guys where a car wash was. This was the closest recommendation. It's just your typical car wash. I got a wash for $17.99. My car went through and I left. I got to Costco and looked at the front end of my car and it still looked like bugs were squished all over it. I went back and when I pulled up I was greeted by an older lady, who I'd seen earlier. I basically told her that I wasn't happy with it and that I knew it could be better. She made it a point to tell me that she was the OWNER (Faye) and what was wrong, was that those were rock chips. And they weren't correctable. She kept insisting she was right and I kept insisting she was wrong. Instead of offering to buff it out and see if that helped, she said that she was refusing me service and to get off the property! I told her No. Her attitude sucked. She was saved by the manager Alex. He was awesome and friendly. He ended up buffing it out and although it was a temporary fix, it looked 100% better. I payed another $35 for that. It's definitely not ok to just kick someone off your property because your unable to handle a problem. Figure something out. Don't let your manager out shine you. read more

Was looking for a new car wash in the area. Went here recently on my lunch break. The cashier was very friendly; price was $14.99 for the basic wash...Tahitian Pearl. They do have an early bird special $9.95 Mon-Fr. 8:00 AM- 10:00 AM. They vacuumed the interior, cleaned the wheels, cleaned the dashboard and interior/exterior windows. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes; I went mid-week to avoid a longer wait and the weekend crowds. There is a decent waiting area, magazines to read, the whole place was very clean from the cashier/store area to the customer waiting area. The waiting area was very quiet, no loud music playing, very nice to take a few minutes out of your day for some quiet time. I will definitely be back to this car wash. read more

Sitting here at Cherry Hill car wash on 8/7/21, where they just charged me $25 to wash my 2007 Explorer. That is for just the basic car wash, remind you, no extras at all. Brought it here because the inside needed to be cleaned. Andy's drive thru car wash on Carson St. charges $6.00 for the basic car wash. Not sure if Cherry Hill Car wash is pricing it so that no one will come back, but I will never return here to pay $25 for a basic car wash, and can't figure out why anyone would, given all the other options available. Came here during happy hour which is Monday to thurs after 3pm and got the 11.95 special. Coming from Philly where there are lots of 5 dollar washes I thought it was a little steep, but I'd give it a try. The car turned out spotless, I was very happy with the amount of work the employees put in. I could only tip a few bucks, but wish I could have given more. First time at this place today, it's a little tight to get around on a slow day not sure how it would be when they are busy, I paid $21 for the Hawaiian wash thought I was going to get a Rainbow wax for that price but never saw the neon lights go on or the colorful foam. I started coming here about a year ago. They did a really good job at that point but has gone downhill since then especially within the last 4-5 months. I took my new car in on a weekend and asked for an "offline " wash as I've been doing since I started coming here. I was rudely told "...we can't do this anymore on a weekend, we're too busy. Come during the week". Up until this point it was never a problem. So they did a mediocre job. I came at 4:05pm during the week (they close at 5pm and were NOT busy) and they did a terrible job..just wanted to close up and leave at 4:30! Inside of the doors not cleaned, trunk never opened and cleaned, outside still wet in areas, watermarks all over! An older lady (employee) was using her FINGERNAILS to remove the little spots that come from the trees that were not washed off ...HER NAILS!!!! I'm not saying all the females do a bad job but come on now! This place is not cheap and I'm tired of coming home and going over everything again!
