We live on the west coast and twice a year we travel to the Midwest. We have made an effort to stay on this park to and from on our trips. I keep track of what sites our RV with slides can fit into. I made a reservation in July that was screwed up & made another reservation for today and was told we would have a certain site we knew we could fit into. This was not the case when we arrived. We were told the person that was in the site cane back so they let him have the space. Now I have never seen this before and that wasn't fair. We reserved this site and they knew it in the office, but let him get back into the site anyway. We were told we could have the next site, but we can't open up our awning and I knew this when I RESERVED the other site. The young lady at the desk didn't care. She said if the site didn't work, we should come back in and she would try to find another site. To top it off, the jerk in our RESERVED site can't park and had his car into the drive and we almost hit him while trying to get into our site. Crappy customer service. BEWARE. read more

This water park is perfect for younger kids. My 10 and 6 year old love it. The water is warmer than Cowabunga Bay so it's more enjoyable and the slides are all manageable for them. I don't feel like I have to keep my key on them ever minute of every second. The staff was helpful. We camped and had a great time. The other activities are fun, especially miniature golf. read more

Camp sites are so spacious and have trees for shade. Bathrooms are very clean and hot showers are included in camping fee! Free swimming pool with an adjacent water park that is super fun for the family! read more

Great small water park. Price after 4 pm reasonable and you can bring in food. 2 year old loves the place.

This place is awesome! My whole family loved the tube ride and it was cool to relax in the lazy river. Fun for the whole family!

Very disappointed in Cherry Hill this year. Their recent attempts to become a major theme attraction have left the locals completely behind. Brought the kids over to swim but had to leave disappointed because they have no viewing area where I could keep track of them. Cherry Hill's response to my complaint? "We are an entrance fee park. To enter you must pay the fee." Come on Cherry Hill (Lloyd's). All I wanted to do was watch my kids so they don't cause problems. I don't want to swim. At the very least, the scatterbrained teenage girl who sold me the passes for my kids could have informed me at the ticket booth that I also needed a pass. Would have saved me the embarrassment at the entrance gate. You're not Disneyland or even Lagoon for that matter. You are a swimming pool and even then only a mediocre one. Next time I'll head to one of our many wonderful family friendly municipal pools that allow me to sit near the pool to monitor my kids. read more

Camped here in an RV during our trip up to see the eclipse. Staff was nice, sites were clean if a little sparse, the pool for the campground was fine but perhaps not the cleanest I've ever been in. The main attraction is the water park which is actually in the campground. Nice big pool (cleaner!), a fantastic wading pool/splash area for the littlest which was awesome since we have 3 year old twins. They could have stayed all day - it even had a little water slide which they could do on their own. Otherwise, it had a bigger slide (think of the kinds you see at fairs, straight down with a few bumps, only with water), a bigger twisting and faster slide for riding with inner tubes (Perfect for middle school age.... too big for us) and a lovely lazy river. Don't bother buying the all inclusive access - the maze, ball pit, and climbing wall are fun I guess, but it's hot so the water park is the best part. All in all a fun couple days! read more

I have alot of true facts to say about this park. The RV spots are small and really close to other people. They are not big rig friendly at all. It has too many trees which makes it hard for large RV'S to pull in even with or with out towing a car. If you want to watch T.V. or the game or the news forget about it your dish will not work there no reception.The quality of the water at the waterpark was disgusting Its was dirty and slimy.It was like they never cleaned it or changed it or added clorine. Good luck finding the owners. If you do they are not helpful. The place is run by teenagers,and are not helpful. The local people who camp there are rude,and they have me first attitude's, and everyone has brought there dog with. It should be called cherry hill the dog park. Watch out for the tree trimming and tree spraying in the spring cause they dont care about your stuff. Its supposed to be a smoke free park, HA thats not true, you can smoke where want. Yuk. There is limited camping choices in that area so we had to spend a few month there. Finally found a better place called the CIRCLE L IN Layton. I will never go back to Cherry Hill ever.The only reason people say its the best park, cause its the only thing to do in the area. The local lagoon amusment park is close but its over priced p.o.s.,run down, dirty and the rides are unsafe. Also Save your money there is nothing to see in the area. Be prepared that Cherry hill and EVERYTHING in the area is closed on SUNDAY. The And stay away from the kaysville grocery store they are OVER PRICED, Go to walmart in layton open 24/7. read more
