So you can see they didn't even drive the vehicle and the claim that I jump the car.

Update. Took my car to another dealership and with out question they fixed everything under the warranty. And get this, the USB that CH Nissan didn't want to fix cause they felt it was related to other work a dealer did, had nothing to Don with previous repair. It actually turned into a big deal so the dealership gave me a loaner for a week. It had a short in a major wiring harness. The dealer had to take pictures and get Nissan involved cause it was such a unique problem. This dealer did an awesome job at taking care of me and my car. Again, stay away from CH Nissan

As much as I totally loathe taking my car to Cherry Hill Nissan, I will say that I always feel like it has been well taken care of after all is said and done. Or maybe I just need to tell myself that as I part with hundreds of dollars every time my ride needs fixing. Everything is beyond expensive, and should you decide not to have an issue fixed right away (because there are other, more pressing car issues to handle first), you will still be charged a fee just because someone looked at the source of the noise, light, etc. In addition to paying whatever fee you are already paying to have other problems resolved. Having a car while living in the city is definitely a luxury, but it's an expensive one. Regardless, I need my wheels to work like a well-oiled machine whenever I want to get out of town. After 7+ years, my car is still treating me well, and I probably have CH Nissan to thank for part of that.

I looked at a car online before coming here and when I called, I got to speak to a man named Demetrius. He wondered why i was interested in this car- my previous vehicle was an SUV and this was clearly a sedan. He was really thorough and answered all of my questions. I test drove it with Ryan, one of the managers I guess. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the car. I had spoken to PFFCU before I went to the dealership so I set my loan up through them. I had most of my stuff in order so they let me take the car on Tuesday and square up the cost later in the week. Today, I signed the final paperwork! Demetrius was patient and helpful throughout the process! I'd buy from him again.

In February 2025, when my 2023 Kia had around 47,000 miles, I took it to a Kia dealership to…read morereplace the front brake pads. Since I purchased the vehicle, I had always taken it to Kia dealerships because I trusted certified Kia technicians to service my car properly. They replaced the front brake pads and I picked up my car. At first, I did not notice anything unusual, but after a few months I realized that I had to press the brake pedal almost all the way to the floor to stop the vehicle. I wanted to go to the service center right away. But I couldn't, because of school, I could not return immediately, but once summer arrived, I took the vehicle back. At that point my vehicle had around 53,000 miles and the braking issue had become serious. The car would not stop properly unless I pressed the brake pedal almost completely down. I explained my concerns to the service department and they inspected the vehicle. The employee assisting me first told me that I needed to replace the rear brakes. I responded that during my most recent oil change, which had only been a few months earlier, the dealership's own inspection report stated that my rear brakes were in very good condition. After I pointed that out, another recommendation was given. The employee named Tim then told me that I should replace the brake fluid. That was the moment I became suspicious. First I was told one thing, then something different. Later, the same employee told me that when I get into the car, I should pump the brake pedal and that the braking would improve, and that this was considered normal. While my vehicle was still under warranty, I visited another Kia dealership. However, they told me that because the brake pad replacement had not been done at their location, they would inspect the issue but would charge a diagnostic fee. I decided not to pay and left. I asked multiple people afterward and was told that if the brake fluid still looked clean and remained full, it might not actually be the issue. I continued driving the vehicle. At around 58,000 miles, my rear camera failed. I had a long discussion with the dealership about that issue as well. At first they said it was software-related, but eventually they replaced the camera. Now my vehicle has reached around 70,000 miles and the brakes have become much worse. About a week ago, during an oil change, another employee again told me that changing the brake fluid would solve the issue. But when I returned later (after three days) , I was finally told that the brake master cylinder had failed. I asked them why they did not tell me this when I originally came in at around 53,000 miles and explained that this issue was not new. The employee checked the records in the computer system and confirmed that yes, I had previously visited and that recommendations had been made. Those recommendations were exactly the ones I described above. That was the moment I felt something was wrong. My impression was that they may have already had enough information to investigate this issue more seriously earlier, but instead I was repeatedly given different recommendations while the vehicle was still under warranty. Now I am being asked to pay around $900 for the repair. At this point, I feel like I have been left carrying the cost of a problem that I reported much earlier. I feel disappointed and misled by how this situation was handled. I feel like a victim! In addition, I am preparing to take them to court. My advice to future buyers: if you are purchasing a new vehicle and want to avoid experiences like this, DON'T BUY A KIA. Its parts break down very quickly and Kia's service department doesn't seem particularly eager to fix this. I am sharing service records and photos as well. I covered the VIN number and personal information. I hope sharing my experience helps future car buyers make informed decisions

What should have been a simple warranty transfer turned into a 6-7 week nightmare of misinformation, damage to our vehicle, and almost zero communication from the dealership. This started in mid-January when we tried to transfer a warranty from another dealership. Jason in the Winner Ford service department told us he would look into it. Over the next 10-14 days, he repeatedly said he would call us back with updates. He never did. Every time we called him, he acted like it was the first time he had ever heard about the situation. Eventually Jason told us to bring the truck in. When we arrived at Winner Ford, they insisted we did not have an appointment until we showed them the confirmation email. Once they took the vehicle, Jason again promised he would call us with costs, timelines, and updates. Once again, we heard nothing. Every time we called, he said he would "look into it and call us back." He never did. After more than two weeks, my husband told them we were leaving for Florida and needed the truck back by February 5. Jason said that would not be a problem. We showed up, paid for the work that was not covered under warranty, got into the truck, and discovered that none of the work had actually been performed. To make matters worse, the truck had been returned to us with a deep gouge across three painted panels that absolutely was not there before the truck went to Winner Ford. When we went back into the service department to ask why the work hadn't been done, Jason's response was: "Oh, I thought you said you needed the car back." That explanation makes absolutely no sense. If the work wasn't going to be completed, why were we not called? Why were we not told? And why were we allowed to pay for work that never happened? Jason then said he would "look into" having the damage repaired. A week later we followed up. Once again he behaved as if this was the first time he had heard about the damage that happened while the truck was in Winner Ford's possession, said he needed to speak with his manager, and promised to call us back. As usual, he never did. At that point I went into Winner Ford in person and spoke with the GM, who was polite and professional. He introduced me to the COO, Heather, and then the Service Manager, Kevin. I had to explain the entire situation three separate times. After 2-3 more weeks of follow-ups (all initiated by us) Winner Ford finally agreed to repair the damage that was done to our truck while it was on their lot and complete the work we had already paid for a month earlier. We were also told that a loaner vehicle would be ready. When we arrived for the scheduled appointment at Winner Ford, there was no loaner. No call. Just another example of the total lack of communication from this service department. We eventually received the loaner 5-6 days later. The truck was then supposedly repaired and sent to a body shop around February 27. Jason told me the estimate was sent to Ford that night and approved Monday morning. That turned out to be completely inaccurate. After chasing Jason repeatedly for updates--each time being told he would call back and never doing so--I contacted the body shop directly. They told me the repair was delayed because Ford didn't approve the work for six days, not three days like Jason had told me. When I confronted him with the information from the body shop, his story immediately changed. Jason later told me the truck would be ready Friday, March 13, and said he would confirm the pickup time and call me back. Once again, he never called. When I contacted the body shop myself, they informed me the truck wouldn't be ready until Tuesday, because Ford had taken several days to send the bolts required for the repair. Winner Ford has now had my truck for 6-7 weeks. What started as a simple repair in mid-January turned into: * Weeks of ignored calls and broken promises * Work we paid for that they forgot to do. * Damage to our vehicle while it was in Winner Ford's care * Multiple contradictory explanations about delays * Constant follow-ups that only happened because we chased them down Instead of the pickup truck I purchased and pay for, I'm still driving a tiny hatchback loaner that felt like it was powered by a Dewalt 60V battery. (Sorry for the insult to Dewalt). At the suggestion of the GM, I even emailed the President of Winner Ford about this situation. Not surprisingly, I never received a response. The most concerning part of this entire experience is that no one at Winner Ford's service department ever seemed remotely interested in communicating with us or resolving the situation unless we personally chased them down again and again. If this is how Winner Ford treats customers after the sale, I recommend taking your business somewhere else.

I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles in the past from other dealerships, but attest this was the very best and smoothest process from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jayson Ferrell. Not only was he extremely genuine, but he was also a true professional. I did not walk into Cherry Hill at 4:30pm on a Friday optimistic about leaving with a new vehicle. You see, I spent two months looking for the newly released 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - in a specific trim and color. Fortunately for me, Jayson was able to show me the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I described. And it just so happened to be the only one available and still wrapped after being delivered just prior to my arrival. While the Jeep was being programed in preparation for my test drive, Jayson and I continued to talk and his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around, I knew the number that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Jayson to get to that number. Also, given the current market and the demand for the specific trim and color I wanted, I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. Not only did I get to leave Cherry Hill with the exact 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I wanted, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you, Jayson! Thank you for your patience and thank you for also staying a little late to support the closing of my purchase since the cashiers were gone for the evening. Best, Wayne W

Within a week, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle in for inspection. I was told it was just a code that needed to be cleared and that nothing was actually wrong with the car. However, within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came back on. I then used the Toyota Connect app, which alerted me again about the issue. I was also contacted by a Toyota dealership and decided to bring the car to Holman Toyota instead. Their team was professional, responsive, and thorough--completely different from my prior experience. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined that the car needed a new catalytic converter, which is a significant repair. What's most frustrating is that Cherry Hill Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram took no responsibility for selling a vehicle with this issue. They refused to reimburse diagnostic fees and showed no accountability. When I raised concerns, I was even asked why I didn't bring the car back again after the light returned--despite already having a poor experience and losing trust in their service. It's clear to me that the vehicle was either not properly inspected prior to sale or that the issue was overlooked entirely. Either way, the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make things right is unacceptable. Thankfully, the vehicle was still under warranty, and Holman Toyota is handling the repair properly. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience. I also reside out of state and have incurred fees from taking the car back and forth from PA to NJ. I strongly recommend NOT using this dealership EVER!

Within roughly 10 days of purchase, I brought the vehicle back to Hessert because I was hearing an abnormal knocking/noise and seeing what appeared to be fluid leaking underneath it. I showed photographs of the apparent leak. I was advised that they could not identify a leak and could not duplicate the noise. I relied on that assessment and continued driving the vehicle. Approximately two weeks later, while my family was on vacation in the Georgia mountains, the Palisade experienced a charging-system failure and completely lost power. We were stranded and had to locate a mobile mechanic. The repair involved replacement of the alternator and service to the serpentine belt. Our documented repair subtotal was $950, and the breakdown forced us to remain in Georgia an additional night. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. While driving home after the repair, the vehicle experienced another significant loss of power while I was traveling approximately 60 mph on Interstate 81. The vehicle eventually regained power, but after two power-loss events I was no longer comfortable simply treating this as an alternator-reimbursement issue. After returning home, I also photographed fresh fluid underneath the vehicle again--the same type of visible condition I had brought the vehicle back to Hessert about shortly after purchase. I am not claiming to know what the fluid is or what caused either power-loss event. Those are questions for qualified technicians. I sent Hessert a detailed formal written notice on August 18, followed by supplemental photographs of the continuing apparent leak. On August 20, I escalated the matter in writing to dealership management and requested principal-level review. I asked for a comprehensive inspection, transportation of the vehicle rather than having my family drive it back, reimbursement of documented emergency expenses, the relevant pre-sale/service records, and most importantly, a substantive written response regarding the vehicle. As of August 27, I have received no response to those written notices. I gave Hessert the opportunity to address this directly before taking the matter outside the dealership. I would still prefer a reasonable resolution. If Hessert responds or resolves the matter, I will update this review accordingly. I have retained the emails, photographs, repair documentation and other records supporting this chronology.

The vehicle has spent more time being repaired than driven. I made multiple attempts to have these issues addressed through VIP Auto, but I was turned away on several occasions or unable to receive consistent support. While one member of management did assist with some repairs, the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of sale raises serious concerns. This concern was also acknowledged in follow-up discussions. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and I was not provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax prior to completing my purchase. Additionally, there are visible areas on the vehicle that appear to have been repainted. This would have significantly impacted my decision to proceed. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I continue to pay for; however, it was extremely difficult to find a repair facility that accepted it. By the time I located a participating mechanic, much of the coverage period had been lost. After seeking service directly through BMW, I was presented with thousands of dollars in necessary repairs. Even with partial assistance from the dealership, I still incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses, including tires and ongoing repairs. To this day, the vehicle still requires service. In addition, I was placed into a high-interest loan and attempted to contact the salesperson regarding refinancing, but I did not receive a response. Due to the repeated mechanical issues, concerns regarding undisclosed prior damage, and ongoing financial burden, I have explored my rights under New Jersey consumer protection and lemon law guidelines. This has been an extremely difficult and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to obtain an independent inspection, review all vehicle history reports, and carefully evaluate warranty and financing terms before proceeding.

He is one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with. Shoutout to Naji Abihabib (VP/GM) and Michael Smith and Lewis Alverez (finance managers) for helping to make the deal happen as seamlessly as it did. I have also always had great experiences with the services. Ten stars!

The also got me personally, so I brought my customer's car in a 2018 civic with the recall for leaking condenser because it was to be replaced so I get a phone call, saying it will cost $1643.99 to repair because the car had a reconstructed title and the recall and any warranty it used to have was voided. I clearly told them that if it was not covered for any reason to not touch the car!!! These great people then tell me that there is a $366.00 charge for the diagnosis that I did not approve, so here we go I get into it with them, I said ok you did a diagnosis with the ac machine the thief says "yes" so I ask for the print out and guess what the tech left for the day and there is no access to the print out... you don't say.. so after more arguing they make me pay $166.00 because they helped me out!!!! This people from top to bottom are the worse!! I don't know if the mechanics are good but I tell you what they all get paid really well by taking your money!!! By the way look behind the parts counter and let me know if you see Auto-Zone brand oil Dura something hahahah!!! like I saw last time I was there buying parts..
