After hearing my situation, the entire team pulled together in a way that truly touched me. They went above and beyond to get my car repaired quickly so I could get back to my mother. Their compassion, professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency meant more to me than I can properly express. I reached out with 9 years of brand loyalty and on-time payments, looking to lease a QX60. What I got was a quote with a ridiculous down payment and zero effort to understand my situation. They didn't even pull my credit or ask about my background--just brushed me off like I wasn't worth the time. Fast forward: another Infiniti dealership took the time to listen, advocated for me with finance, and had me approved for my dream car in one day (with barely anything down and a payment so low I had never expected it!) I placed a deposit and was ready for delivery when Holman circled back and asked if they could match the quote and win back my business. Too late. I'm writing my experience specifically regarding the servicing department. I came on a Saturday morning which is walk in only (I tried to make an appointment a few days prior and they recommended Saturday walk ins). I was trying to get there as close to their opening time which is 8am, despite my attempt I arrived at 9am. As I pulled in I was registered and lead to my advisor to discuss the scheduled service I was looking for. They were helpful and were gentle in telling me my wait would be 2 hours. At that point they lead me to the very nice waiting area with coffee and snacks. Since there were a lot of folks in there I decided to take a walk outside on such a beautiful day. After my hour walk looking at other cars I was able to find a small sitting area but wish they had more outdoor seating areas for days like this. Not sure if all car service places do this now but they sent me a text with a link to a video showing me their inspection of my vehicle with commentary by the tech. Letting me know all was well and no additional service recommendations. I thought that was a very nice feature. At the end of my an hour and 45min wait my advisor called to tell me my car was ready. It was washed and ready to go. I will be coming back for future services. read more

I did most of the research on a QX60 and our trade on line with three Infiniti dealers. My contact at Holman was Sean Connolly. He was very professional in answering my e-mails and questions and reviewing the quotes and trades I had from other dealers. I would highly recommend Sean. Holman beat the other quotes I had received and they had the model, color and options QX60 in stock. We were able to receive some incentives for Infiniti corporate also. Sean was great through every step of buying and the delivery of the vehicle. We never felt pushed in any aspect. The dealership is beautiful and everyone from finance to tech support was fantastic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I took my 2018 Q60 in for a regular scheduled service on a Wednesday, and they gave me a loaner. At the end of the day they called to say that the mechanic was behind schedule and they needed the car for one more day. I didn't hear from them on Thursday, nor all day Friday. I called at the end of the day Friday and was told that I had a coolant leak and the mechanic could not find it, so they had to pull out the engine. They needed the car through Monday. Monday afternoon I receive a text stating that the engine block was cracked and it would be $32k to replace the engine! I called immediately and the tech asked me if I had been in an accident. I had not. I informed him that the car is not worth $32k and if I was going to shell out that kind of money, I would just get another car. He asked me to think about what I wanted to do and call him tomorrow. I had no choice but to buy another car. My Q60 was no worthless. They gave me $500 for it and acted like they were doing me a favor. I bought another infiniti because I felt that I had no choice to go anywhere else. I had to have a car and my Q60 was undriveable. I brought a perfectly working car to that dealership. I believe that the mechanic dropped the engine when he pulled it out, and to cover his mistake, claimed it was my fault. Holman stood behind their employee. Never mind that I bought the Q60 from them and only had it serviced at that location. Seven years of loyalty got me nothing. They also do not bargain with the prices of their cars. I was willing to put more money down if they could drop the price a little bit. They had me by the balls and raked me over the coals. Ona side note, a mechanic offered me $1k to buy my Q60. He said not to tell anyone because he's not allowed to do that. he wanted it for his son. It could not have been any more shady. read more

All good things come to an end, so when my 13 year old war horse Infiniti finally went to the junkyard in metal heaven, I was sad, but not really surprised. Over 200,000 miles is a long life. It didn't owe me anything, and I had beaten the crap out of it. I began a search for a replacement by checking with Car Gurus, an internet site that had been successful for me in the past. I thought I wanted to stick with the Infiniti brand, but find something newer in a quality used car. Compared to Lexus there were amazingly few oldies but goodies around. That was precisely why I chose Infiniti to begin with. Just didn't want the most popular in school, but that hidden understated gem. On the second search I found a newer M 35x with low mileage on the lot at Holman Infiniti over in Maple Shade, New Jersey, about 25 miles away. I gave them a call to find out if it was still there, and spoke with Mario Pinardo in their sales department. He went out to check and came back enthusiastic about how good the vehicle looked - Pearl White with light leather interior. I expected him to try to sell it, but he seemed naturally excited by what he saw. I asked him to hold it for me until tomorrow. He said he could only do so until 11:00 AM Tuesday. I was there at 10:00. This M 35x was worth being excited about. Perfect body. Not a scratch, dent nor ding. Immaculate within, with beautiful wood trim, sleek and sexy front and back. Well detailed to a perfect glowing leather, wood and metal trim. The drive was strong, responsive, with throaty exhaust and acceleration that offered no apologies for being six cylinders, 3.5 liters, as opposed to the eight 4.5 L the old boy threw around. Better gas mileage, too. And, the price for all that was very reasonable, and made it nearly impossible to walk away from. Yup! An hour later it was mine and I drove it home. The experience at Holman was excellent from beginning to end. The dealership is large, but they kept everything at a comfortable human scale. Mario was great. Most other dealerships use the same tool and have the fixed pricing for scheduled services on the website, not these guys. I called in and still couldn't get a price for a standard scheduled price for my Infiniti. Apparently, no one was available to provide pricing. It was after 8pm when Gavin met us outside in the parking lot so we could look at a the Tiguan. He didn't make us feel rushed or pressured, and got all of the information we asked for in a timely manner, since we had our daughter with us. We put a deposit on the vehicle within 25 minutes and came back the following day to complete the deal. Gavin returned on his day off to complete the deal which was much appreciated. The only possible complaint we could have was the length of time it took to close the deal especially since we had our 14 month in tow. This wasn't something Gavin was responsible for. I really dislike giving a one star especially to a company, Holman, where we purchased our last 8 vehicles and have been satisfied with all purchases and their Factory Service. On 3/3/2021 while dropping off my son's vehicle at Holman Maple Shade Infiniti, I spoke with Jason (Finance Manager) regarding the purchase of an extended warranty. A day later he emailed a quote($3261 + tax) which was satisfactory for the Platinum Coverage. About 2 days later I called his number to ask if I could purchase over the phone or if I needed to come in to the Dealership. I received a recording (his voice) and left a voice message. As of today (3/19/2021) he has not returned any of my 4 calls. Unfortunately such an lackadaisical attitude unfairly reflects on all aspects of the Dealership; therefore I want it to be clear that this review is or only Holman Maple Shade Infiniti. I have only great praise for the other Holman Dealerships from which I have purchased multiple vehicles. Not only do these type of incidents result in lost revenue, but also a loss of customers and potentially a loss of additional revenue. I've owned 6 cars in my 37 years of life. Unfortunately for me that means I've had a lot of negative car buying experiences. 4 out of 6 to be exact. Needless to say I was completely blown away by the experience from before we even walked in to test drive the car. Sal said he would have the car waiting for us and he did. We needed it serviced -something small that was missed weeks later and Greg-Service Manager and his staff member Mike (also in Service) didn't bat an eye. Not only that but there wasn't a long wait and they were both happy to have helped. Mike was especially helpful in explaining why it's important to have the repairs done at the dealership. Lastly, this is a family friendly facility that stays stocked with complimentary refreshments and snacks. We visited Holman Infiniti to look at some of the late model, low mileage, precertified Q50s they had advertised online. Upon arriving, we were impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have Anderson Douglas show us the car we were primarily interested in and answer all of our questions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about not only the Q50 but the other, non-Infinity models we were considering as well. When it came time to discuss price they were very fair, the internet price was honored (plus tax, tags, and registration fees, as expected), there were no additional, made up fees thrown in to artificially inflate the price of the car above the asking price. I have found myself sitting in many different car dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can remember. We picked up the car on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Upon arriving home we noticed that there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I called Anderson and brought this to his attention and he told me it would be in the mail first thing Monday morning. I was hoping to get it by the end of the week. Tuesday morning the owners manual was delivered to my house followed by a call from Anderson on Wednesday just to make sure I received it. I've purchased my first car here at Holman Infiniti, a 2015 Q50 CPO. I was given 2 free oil/filter changes and an extra because they forgot to top off fluids when requested to. At the end of June I took my in car for an oil change. First thing I noticed was that the valet driver floored my car on the way to the service department... Seriously??? A few moments later when I decided to check out other cars on the lot, I heard a car revving repetitively. Some guy name Greg managed to get the keys to my car and decided to "have fun"... I confronted him and his face started turning red. I asked why he was playing with me car and his response was "Whats wrong, maybe I accidentally pressed the pedal? And..?". Note, this was a response from a member of the Holman Infiniti team. We both went to the manager and he told me that "we're all car enthusiast here, maybe he(Greg) was just admiring your exhaust". Yea no thank you, I dont take my cars to professional for it to be played with. This is absolutely not professional service and there is no excuse to justify his actions. Mind you Greg wasn't even the technician, he was simply a sales associate. So the fact that he had the keys to my car was concerning. This is unacceptable for a "Luxury" car department... Save yourself a hassle and bring it else where. "We take customer service very seriously so your review deeply concerns us. We apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you. I know you have been in contact with our Service Manager directly and helped resolve any concerns right then and there. Greg, is a certified Infiniti technician and I can assure you your vehicle is always in the right hands. I recently purchased a SUV for my wife from Holman Infiniti Maple Shade. She had a Q40 vehicle but with the expansion of our family she was excited to be going into a bigger vehicle. we bought a QX60 11/22/22 and the check engine light came on by Friday 11/25/22 and it had brake issues along with a rattling noise. we immediately contacted the sales rep and he had me bring it in Saturday and they set us up in a loaner. The service consultant was very pleasant and assured me this isn't how they do business and that they will have this fixed. She reached out and let me know the fuel injector needed to be replaced along with replacement of the brakes and rotor if I'm not mistake. I also made them aware of the rattling noise on the right hand side of the car. they told me it would be taken care of. we were texted on Wednesday 11/30/22 to pick up our Vehicle because it was done. When i arrived I asked the person at the service desk what was the issue with the car but he told me he wasn't aware because all he was a cashier and that I can contact the service consultant the next morning and handed me the paperwork which didn't really much description of what was replaced on there.Once again my wife only drove the car for two days again and by Friday it smelled like burning smells coming from the vent and also the brakes felt the same and the rattling noise was there again. i had to take it right back to the dealership that Saturday 12/3/22. Brakes still felt the same..and now the car also still had the rattling asked to speak to a manager which I explained I didn't feel comfortable or safe in this car and James told me they were going to see what they can do and call me back Monda. today is Monday and James called me this evening to tell me pretty much that I have to keep this vehicle and didn't give me any other option. I've serviced my old car with them and loved the service and that's why I decided to stay with them and purchase from them but had I known it would be this horrible nightmare, I would've just went elsewher. I'm not looking to get my money back I'm looking to get into a good reliable car and not pay for a vehicle that I haven't even had for two weeks and it's been more in the shop than in my possession. my wife and I feel like our concerns havent been heard and are being swept under the rug. they are pretty much just trying to push this car on us and not understanding or trying to understand how we feel. it's a horrible situation. read more

My three experiences with Holman were far from what I would have expected from an Infiniti dealership. 1) March 2018 - Purchased 2017 QX 70 for ~ $32k (20k miles). Excitement quickly turned to anger as Sal told me before driving off the lot that the vehicle did not have wireless Bluetooth connectivity (with iPhone). Was shocked as my previous Infiniti (2013) was equipped and felt deceived, as this is a feature that is broadly assumed to be standard. Not sure which was worse - learning my new vehicle did not have Bluetooth or being told the extraordinary cost to replace my outdated (pre-2010) car stereo. 2) August 2018 - Brought vehicle in for servicing on day off (drove 40 minutes to Holman dealership) to have glove compartment fixed, oil changed and tires looked at. Service team changed oil and sold me two new tires ($800+), however was told that they 'forgot' to fix passenger side glove compartment when I phoned the manager to complain on my drive home. 3) August 2018 - Inquired with Blaine (Sales Manager) about trade-in value for the vehicle purchased in March. Blaine offered to run a few numbers and call me the following day (Saturday). Never heard back from him. Needless to say, there will not be a fourth. read more

On our first day of car shopping, my fiancé and I visited this dealership and was warmly greeted by Ian. Ian was very helpful, and gave us a lot of information on the various vehicles that Infiniti offers. My fiancé's top choice wasn't Infiniti so we decided that we will continue to car shop. However, as we went to other dealerships that didn't provide us with the customer service that Ian did we decided to head back to Infiniti. The day we went back Ian had the day off, however we were greeted by Greg. Greg was awesome and very patient (my fiancé is very indecisive). He went above and beyond to ensure that my fiancé was truly happy with his new car purchase. Something that I admire the most about the dealership is that Ian and Greg worked as a team. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH RUN AWAY!!!! THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR IN SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH WITH VIRTUALLY NO UPDATES OR COMMUNICATION OR FIXES UNLESS I CALL AND PESTER THEM. I am literally writing this review as a last ditch attempt to be heard by them, a warning for others, as well as a last chance for them to fix this before I bring it to the Court System. They have had my used Acura RDX in service for over a month. I paid almost $9000, and as a single mom who supports her daughter solely without government assistance that is huge amount to save and took me a lot of time. I paid via cashiers check for a car that I thought would be a safe investment for my daughter and myself. I had the car for less than a week and the power steering locked the steering wheel while driving 60mph and several times after with my daughter in a car. I almost got into an accident and was terrified to drive it anywhere. I drove it back to their service. They promised it would be fixed quickly. They didn't offer a rental vehicle I had to ask for one. Let me tell you I have had this rental for a whole month. I have not seen my car. My car is still not drivable. I am paying a months worth of insurance on a car I have not even driven. When I call asking for updates which I shouldn't have to call at all, they should be calling me.I never get someone in the department and if I do they have no answers or update. They have replaced a steering pump and so far two steering racks and that's all I know. Which to me sounds like they don't know what the hell they're doing. I am embarrassed for them and enraged for myself. Between the cost of the rental, parts and labor I don't even understand why they are dragging their feet because it's costing them money. But last week I finally gave up reaching out. I have started moving up the ladder into corporate and contacted a lawyer because of their utter lack of due diligence and ability to contact me. If you experienced a similar issue and I see many have on here, please contact me and I will forward your story to my lawyers as well.
