I had lashes done many times before. This place is highly recommended by my coworker and of course I have to give it a try. Went to got my introductory lash set done last week and had a serious allergy reaction. Waited a few days and returned to do a fill with their recommended LED adhesive glue as my allergy reaction went away. Woke up next morning with puffy irritated red eyes again. Took Benadryl and prescribed eyedrops and waited two days, but not much better. Returned and removed my lashes on the 9th day. I was asked to pay for my lash removal as "I received service, and the service provider still has to receive their pay". I recently visited your salon for a lash removal service and I want to express my disappointment with the experience although Ive been a customer before this visit left me extremely dissatisfied and I will not be back. From the start, it was clear the technician lacked the necessary experience and professionalism expected from a licensed establishment. I had to repeatedly correct her on basic procedures including the improper placement of pads and tape which kept slipping off. Even she admitted this is a reoccurring issue with other clients but she couldn't get them to stay in place and resorted to piling on more tape around my eyes something I've never experienced in any prior lash removal session. What should have been a straightforward service turned into an hour long ordeal the removal process was unnecessarily long and the cleansing at the end was unacceptable. My eyes were burning badly and I was left with white residue all over them. This is not only unprofessional but potentially unsafe when dealing with sensitive areas like the eyes. For the amount of money your salon expects customers to pay, the quality of service and level of skill should meet professional standards to allow someone fresh out of school with minimal experience to work on clients eyes is careless and reflects poorly on your business. Janae was very helpful & knowledgeable. She showed me some things I didn't know & others I did. The place is cozy & smells like cherrys. When I attended years ago, they had black curtains that I feel were a better relaxing vibe, but the new look is nice too. I was unhappy with the way my lashes have been falling off though & it's only been 3 days. I know a few would come, but it's already looking like I need a fill & hasn't been even a week yet!! Long story short the very next day lashes from my right eye right corner were already falling out, I asked for spikes and barely got four I spent $230 and my set literally looks like whispers from the $.99 store. The first time I had gotten my eyelashes done. My lashes came out by the fourth day. They kept making me feel like it was my fault and the Second time I came there was a different Lady said she might have to rush it. Meaning put as much as she can and it didn't even look like all my lashes were done and made me pay 20 dollars extra for the okay service... idk how to feel. I had to wait three weeks the first time cause the First Lady cancelled. Not naming names. My husband tells me my eyelashes look good. But how I feel about the experience.. I can't fake how I feel. And I snored for a bit the second time and they emailed me saying I hope you had a nice lash nap. I didn't even nap.
