I wanted to share my 5 star experience with Molly at A Touch of Lash. Since moving to Vegas I needed to find a lash salon. I had tried one other place. Phenomenal brow lamination but could not say the same for the lashes. They looked plastic were placed to close to my lids and caused such a bad reaction my right eye swelled shut. Needless to say I was back to the drawing board looking for a new lash tech. After doing more in-depth research I found Touch of Lash and was very impressed with their before and afters. The price points are also more than reasonable as well. I was able to book an appointment online with ease. They actually have an option where you can note it's a foreign fill meaning coming from salon with different lash extensions on. I thought this was quite smart as it sets aside enough time to evaluate the look and options for transitions to a proper new look. Molly was so kind, extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. She took the time to give me a in depth consultation before we got started. We were both on the same page as far as the look that I eventually want to achieve as it takes a little time when switching techs. All the products were top notch and when the service was complete I was beyond impressed. I was saying how they finally looked how I've been wanting for so long. She even explained that with her technique I should not run into any issues with crazy eye swelling as the old ones were placed in correctly which was causing them to rub against my lids. Natalie is a pro for lashes!!! I'm almost scared to give out her name because I don't want her to get busier, but she deserves the recognition. I have tried multiple businesses and lash technicians, and she is by far the most consistent, quick, and skilled girl I have gotten so far. I get hybrid, and I figured out how I like my lashes with Natalie by trial & error over the first several refills as we slightly altered the length, thickness, curl, & eye shape of the lashes to get to my preferred look (pictures are of very first set of lashes ever, which were classic cat eye before I slowly transitioned to a hybrid set in the doll eye shape). I moved further away and still make the drive for her. I think the girl who usually checks me in is named Em, and she's always so friendly and attentive as well. She's done my brow tint a couple times, and I was happy with the results, but it just wasn't quite in the budget after A Touch of Lash raised their prices a few months ago. They also conveniently have an iPhone for their business phone so you can text them if you need to make any changes to appointments or have any questions. All in all, I'm very happy with this business's professionalism, quality of services, atmosphere, and easy-to-use website for making reservations and viewing their services menu. If you're about to get your first set of lashes, look up pictures of the different eye shapes and curl shapes before going in so you are able to help your lash technician understand and achieve the look you're going for. Natalie is the lash queen! She has been doing my lashes for over 3 years and they look flawless every single time! She's gentle and has never caused any discomfort while she works on me.. most times I end up falling asleep!  Not only do my lashes always look great, but I can barely feel that they are even there. She is meticulous, makes the process comfortable and takes her time to do the job perfectly. I've never experienced any irritation or problems and this place is very clean. I prefer to get 2 two week refills, but I've gotten a three week refill before and my lashes still looked great at three weeks. Everything has been seamless, from booking an appointment, to rescheduling (there is a 24 hour cxl policy) and how attentive everyone is. The salon is modern and has a great vibe. Be sure to book an appointment in advance because Natalie's schedule tends to fill up. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for lash technician experts who know what they're doing! I wanted to wait until after my first fill before giving a review. I found a good deal online for the initial application and a touch-up and booked via text. I wasn't too sure what to expect, as I'm typically not the high maintenance kind of girl. But I figured, worse came to worse, after the fill I would just let them fall off and I could say I had experienced having long lashes for a month or so. I get there for my initial appointment, and got in right away, no wait. We discussed what I wanted (which to be honest, I wasn't entirely sure of) and the length, and then she had me lie down and she got to work. She was very gentle and nothing was irritating in the slightest, as I feared it would be. In fact, I was able to fall asleep during the appointment. A much needed nap after only getting about three hours of sleep the night prior. When she was done, my lashes were long and blended beautifully. You couldn't even see my naturally blonde lashes peaking through. I wasn't exactly sure if I was in love with them though. They had length, which was great, but it was all one length around the entire eye and looked a bit too "doll like" for my tastes. At this point, I was pretty sure after my fill that was included with my deal, I wouldn't continue with the lashes. Two weeks later, and it was time for my fill. Unfortunately, as hard as I try, I'm a side sleeper so my left side didn't fare as well as my right side did. My right was still pretty nice looking, the left looked like a middle-aged balding man. When I got in, again no wait and we discussed how I liked the look. I expressed that I had realized I wanted a more cat-eye appearance with the lashes, and asked if we could go a size down on the length. She asked if I wanted to go even a little shorter on the inner corner (which I had no idea was an option - see? Total newbie.) to which I enthusiastically said yes. Once again, I fell asleep, and an hour later I woke up to my lashes looking absolutely amazing. I was in love! They were long, but not too long. They were full, they were natural, they were gorgeous. Seriously, I am so in love with them. They compliment my eye shape perfectly and I don't even have to wear eye makeup if I don't want to, because they look so great. I really had been on the fence if I wanted to start spending a fair bit of money every two weeks to maintain this, but now it's like I have no choice. I can't not have these beautiful lashes all the time. I'm definitely recommending to all friends who love my lashes (and I've been getting crazy amounts of compliments since day one). read more

I booked an appointment for a Clarifying Facial before my lash fill and WOW, it was amazing. Spa music was perfect, Ashley explained each product she'd be using and its benefits. Super cute lash and brow studio!! Jenny did my lash lift and I absolutely love it! My lashes look gorgeous and healthy! She did such an amazing job. She was gentle throughout the process (I don't like heavy handed people working around my eyes). She explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I know eyelash extension are all the rage right now but it's a lot of maintenance and I'm pretty sure they aren't for me. This is wonderful option. My eyelashes are dark as it is, I just wanted curl for my straight eyelashes. They are so straight that it looks like I don't have eyelashes unless I use a curler. This saves me a lot of time because I can just throw in some mascara and I'm good to go now! Also, I want my eyelashes to stay curled after washing my face. Okay it is very rare that I ever give 2 stars but I feel like the community needs to be aware. It is not my first time getting eyelash extensions, but it is my first time experiencing a form of non-infectious conjunctivitis from getting eyelash extensions. First and foremost my tech Ali was so sweet, personable, and I clicked with her from the beginning. She explained the lash sizes and curl that I was getting which I really appreciated. But my purpose for this review is not to bash the company, but to educate that eyelash extensions do have some complications. Natalie, one of the staff that worked there actually told me in person, it's normal and it happens. So shout out to the people with this eye issue from eyelash extensions because it hurts, burns, and my headaches are insane! I've known about eyelash extensions for a while and gotten them done multiple times without this problem. I was told the culprit is from the undereye pads and its application; however, during my appointment the eyelash glue is what was the most irritating thing ever. The fumes were stronger than I've ever had, and I don't have sensitive eyes. It may have been the pads, but in my honest opinion the chemical fumes of the glue may have caused it. I did tear a bit during the application and that is no problem, but please do me the favor of wiping my tears off my face since I really can't because my eyes are taped down. I did go and see Natalie and asked what happened and what would have caused this reaction, but she was busy and couldn't really talk. She then sent me a text reassuring me it's nothing and not to panic. "Take eye drops for the next couple of days and it should be fine." I did really appreciate the communication, but the fact of the matter is I had this eye issue. Other variables that may have contributed to the eye issue might be: - Twitchiness. I was told I was eye "twitchy." Yes my eyes twitch when you get close to it or near it, and honestly that's normal because it's a reflex. I'd be a bit worried if I didn't have that. - I had to be taped down good under my eyes but it never seemed like a problem elsewhere. But other than my eye issue here is a little run down of the place: Pros: - it is cute small clean room - comfy and soft linens - various lash sizes and curls - my lashes were alright - they were able to squeeze me in and did their best to get me an appointment - their company cell phone is such a convenience and I really liked that. Cons: - The glue fumes - I never got a cool down on my eyes. So right after application my eyes were on fire. - I wish prices were priced by tech experience. I dished $200 bucks for an okay lash job and an eye irritation. I would expect paying $200 that I would get at least a better and more professional treatment. -Definitely pricier than other places -Not once did I see anyone hand sanitize or wash their hands -I really had high hopes for this place. Others may think I'm over reacting but this is the eye we are talking about. How would you feel if you payed $200 bucks just to have your eyes hurting in the end? Do your research and remember that sometimes the price tag does not correlate to how much competency the company or technician has. read more

Let me give you my experience when I went to A TOUCH OF LASH on June 23 2022. I had an appointment for around 5:30 that day. I was travelling the next day for a 2 week trip and needed a fresh full set of lashes. During my appointment my tech poked me with the application needle at least 20 times. The extent of our conversation was her saying to me " I am Sorry". My biggest issue is that the lashes started falling out ( around 50 %) by day 3. I did reach out to them 2x without any response, and I did save my communication. Since I was of the country not much I could do. Not being vain, however I was not happy with any of my vacation pictures because of my lack of lashes. As far as I am concerned, I did not receive the service I paid for, and this company has made no effort to contact me or make this right. I absolutely do not recommend A TOUCH OF LASH read more

Let me start off by saying this privately owned cozy place- is a slice of Heaven. I've been lashed by Ms. Molly (Owner) for over a year now and I wouldn't possibly seek another Artist nor studio. She listens to what I want and knows what I need. It's all about perfection and making her customers glow with beautiful and bold lashes. I've been getting extensions for many years now and know the difference of a "great" Artist and one that is not very good and uses cheap product ‍. Molly is magician when it comes to lashing and her staff is beyond professional. All her Lash Artist are trained by her specifically, so if you're unable to book with Molly any of her Artist you are able to schedule with will have the same magical touch. I love my girls at A Touch Of Lash! I've been coming here for the last 4 months, with my regular fills every 2 weeks. I could honestly probably go 3 weeks but I'm super particular about my lashes & I like tons of volume, PLUS I love catching up with my girl Chanel! My absolute favorite pair of strip lashes are Ardell Wispies and when I mentioned that to Chanel, she customized my lashes to look just like them! Chanel received technique training from Molly, who owns A Touch Of Lash. Molly definitely has to be one of the best in the business - she's extremely knowledgeable to the point where she teaches lash classes and helps train lash artists. On top of that, if you have any questions or issues with your lashes, she responds and fixes it asap! I had a lash that was placed a little too close to skin on my lash line during a fill and it ended up irritating my eyelid a few days later, causing a little bit of swelling. I texted Molly to ask if it was a typical thing for it to happen and asked for advice on how to get the swelling to go away. She squeezed me in the very next day to have it looked at by Jenn, who removed the irritating lash and even retouched my lashes! And this is AFTER they got slammed when one of their master lash artists had her baby early and went on maternity leave. All of these ladies are so sweet, work so hard and do such an amazing job, it's insanely impressive. Their prices are pretty comparable to many other lash businesses, but their customer service and skill level keep me a loyal client. There's a whole science to lash extensions, like weights and curls of lashes.. and measures that need to be taken to preserve natural lashes and keep them from being damaged.. which is something I was completely unaware of! Do yourself & your lashes a favor and don't get extensions done by a chop shop nail business.. I had Jenny redo my lashes as it had been over a month. We decided on volume and I told her I wanted them longer and fuller than my current lashes. They were shorter and very subtle, but they looked nice so I forgave that part. Within 2 days I had 4 lashes fall off my left eye. I texted them to see if we could fix it and she said it's a normal lash cycle. My OWN lashes were not falling out. The volume lashes just weren't stuck to my lashes so they fell off. Over a week later, I've had 2 fall out every day from only my left eye. I've saved a pile of them. No I don't sleep on my left side, at all actually bc I have a shoulder injury. So why are they all falling out.. no clue. But now I'm going elsewhere to fix the obvious bareness on my left eye :( Pretty disappointing. read more

I can't begin to describe what a great experience I had with Molly and my lashes. She is a true professional and she treats you so warmly. I got lost on my way there (big surprise) and had to call her twice for directions. She was so sweet and helpful. Once I got there she immediately set about making me comfortable and explained the process and all of the details with me. She took some "before" photos and had me lay on a table complete with a pink blanket. She set about taping my lids all the while explaining to me what was going on. The process itself takes a bit of time and I was so comfortable I was able to fall asleep. My suggestion is to not wear contacts and make sure you keep your hair pulled back. I love having my lash extensions on because I do wear contacts and I hate dealing with mascara day in and day out. I never have to deal with all of that and my make up routine has been cut in half. I have been complimented by complete strangers and several of the people I work with have stated that I "look more awake". I don't have to curl my lashes or apply tons of mascara. Her prices are very reasonable and her fills are even more reasonably priced. It's a small price to pay for something that makes you feel so good. She has several different styles and options and she will discuss what's best for you and point you in the right direction as to what you need. Molly is a sweetheart and does really great work.
