I chose the "hybrid" style, which is both classic & volume. I think the classic style is a bit too simple and the volume style is too much for my taste, but it is entirely up to you. I explained and showed her a picture of what I wanted, which is HELPFUL by the way. Let her know what you want because it will make you & her life easier. Trust me, lol. 9 months later, I'm still going to Justine for my lash extensions! I've also been commuting from San Francisco to San Jose each time-- if that doesn't show how amazing she is at doing my lashes, then I don't know what will. Justine has been friendly, sanitary, professional, and goes above & beyond for her clients!!! She's sweet, kind, and a great listener (I tend to update her about my life because I feel comfortable around her; sorry if I get too excited at times. Haha!) Not only is her studio welcoming, she is very pleasant. I workout several days a week and have not had any issues with my lashes falling out prematurely. Linda actually uses a higher quality glue that keeps my lashes in tact even in the harshest of conditions. I recently ran a Spartan race after getting a fill and did not have any lash casualties that were more than the normal fall out. I highly recommend Linda, especially if you are active and enjoy having lash extensions.

For one, the lash artist was texting me while working on another customer. I realized this when I arrived for my appointment. The next worst part was that while I was laying down, with the tape on my lashes and basically unable to open my eyes, I could hear my lash artist texting, using the phone, getting up and going to the receptionist area. Just imagine how trapped it feels when you can't even open your eyes cuz the tape has your eyes closed and you can't see. Since my appointment was at 7pm, and I was getting a full set, I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. She was the only artist there who was managing the store and also closing, so no one else was there to run the shop. I wish she didn't need to get up and be doing some shop work while I was laying there waiting for her to start. That's just unprofessional. Easy online booking for refills and future appointments. Kaitlin is my favorite lash girl! I get Hybrid lashes and medium ish size (sorry idk technical terms) and in the middle of cat and open eyes style. They have great pictures online to help you choose or you can show a picture of a style you like. It's not too cold but after laying down for more than an hour you start getting cold so wear a jacket or bring a blanket. They give you a lash brush after your appointment and you can pay with Apple Pay also.
