I've been looking for a lash place with faux mink lashes since I moved here. I hate those "Mrs Piggy" looking ones. Thought I'd try this place since it's close to where I work and I can come regularly before or after. I was told I had to put down a 50% deposit and if I needed to cancel I need to give a minimum of 24 hours or I'd loose my deposit. Of course, being in managment, I was called in at the last minute to work. At 1st I said to myself "Welp, there goes $40!" Then I said well let me call and try to work something out since I'm a 1st time client, maybe reschedule since I want them done it's just work comes before lashes. I called and they said they'd re-schedule but I'd loose my deposit and expected me to put another deposit down. I gracefully declined and took that $40 as a loss for me and the only gain for them. As opposed to a long term relationship past the $40. My search for a natural lash bar continues. read more

90% LASH FALLOUT IN 3 DAYS DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY LASHES!!! ZERO INTEGRITY - THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT WHEN THEY MESS UP. The attached pictures were taken within 3 DAYS OF MY LASH APPOINTMENT. I went to this place to prepare for my wedding photoshoot. I purchased the FULL GLAMOUR LASH, which is one of the thicker lashes for a photoshoot. The day itself after the appointment, the lashes started falling out in clumps! By the next morning, the day of my wedding, 30% had already fallen out leaving unsightly bald spots. On the day of my wedding (the day after the lash appt) my hair and makeup artist didn't know what to do with my eyes. She was afraid to touch the lashes cos she didn't want to make them worse as there were already large bald spots so we ended up being unable to do fake lashes and also didn't draw eyeliner for my WEDDING!!! I was DEVASTATED!!! On day 2 I took a 15 minute nap in the middle of the day and woke up to find lashes all over the bed (picture attached). I sent them the picture and they were unhelpful and told me it's important to take proper care of my lashes. I have been getting extensions for 4 years with no issues and with my lashes holding up well for 4-6 weeks with my regular lash technician. With this place, on day 2 60% had fallen out. Day 3 90 PERCENT of the lashes were gone. I contacted the salon with picture proof about all this and they flat out REFUSED to refund me. They KEPT GIVING ME A STANDARD AUTO RESPONSE saying "due to company policy". I guess I understand why they need that rigid policy cos I bet lots of people would need to ask for refunds with such poor quality lashes. After 2 days of back and forth discussion with them they offered me store credit (as if I'd trust them with my lashes again) even AFTER I explained that I was a tourist and only had 1 day left in Vegas and do not have 3 hours to spare as I was on my honeymoon had experiences and shows ALREADY booked and was FLYING OFF THE NEXT DAY. They knew I wouldn't be able to use the store credit (they already had that information) so it was just a response to make themselves look good after a standard "we genuinely care about our customers" message. Awful! Just awful!! I was devastated by my experience here. DO NOT GO. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS EITHER. I gave them every opportunity to make it right after 2 days of discussion with them before posting this review. read more

A review long over due! Over the past 4 years I have gotten lash extensions. I also come here for my brow services, I've done them all at mallyna. I have tried referrals from friends, new places I find on my own, but in the end I have always returned to Mallyna. My first set ever I tried the 'Cosmo' which is a lighter volume and over the years I have graduated to 'glamour' and 'Hollywood'. I feel the only reason I had been willing to try different volumes and styles is because of the service from the artists. The artists have education and genuine passion for their art behind them. Overall I have stayed with mallyna because of service and quality which are the most important to me when it comes to lash extensions. You have to have your GO-TO lash artists, and this is where I find them! read more

I've never been treated more disrespectfully in any place of business. They make promises they don't keep I called the day after I got my lashes done because they were starting to fall out already. I went back and they said they couldn't really fix them and they charged me a little more and tried to fix them, but they were not good. They looked horrible. they actually said that they would refund me, but they wouldn't. read more

Janel is a true lash artist!!! I am from Colorado and had pre-existing lash extensions that needed a fill while I was visiting Vegas. I took a gamble and went to Mallyna for the first time and what a win this was!! Janel did a phenomenal job with my Glam Fill service. I'm not sure what kind of magic she did, but her extensions lasted longer than any others I have ever had! 3 1/2 weeks after her service and a lot of the lashes she applied are still hanging on strong. I had 2 fills at a place in Colorado since seeing Janel and almost all of the new lashes fell out, while many of Janel's lashes still remain! I wish I could afford to fly to Vegas every 2-3 weeks to have Janel do her magic! I will definitely be back to see her next time I visit!!! Yule was extremely rude and unprofessional and appears to have a disgust for people with allergies and skin conditions. Yule also snapped pictures of me without permission. The lashes were falling off within 30 minutes of them being done, which was very disappointing due to me leaving for vacation that night. Lashes continued to fall out in big batches leaving them look horrific with lots of space in between the lashes. My gut told me to leave before she started and I should've listened. It was a waste of money and I'll never return again. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. One stars seems a bit generous. read more

There were two available techs that were clearly sitting there . Instead of assisting me they tried to send me to there next door neighbor which was a hair salon . After giving them a deposit three days ago. After I refused to go next door they had me fill out paper work to see who would work on me . Clearly I guess they thought I was a broke black women with no money (Only if they new ) You never no who you are entertaining I'm just going to leave it there . I tried to book my appointment online and it wanted the full amount of my service paid for prior to the service being completed. I work inside the Mall and figured I would just go in to book it in person to see if I could just pay for my service when it was completed. Upon arriving to the shop, the receptionist glared up as if I was inconveniencing her. I explained I was trying to book online and was unsure about the charge being charged to my card. She said "well it's a deposit" very rudely. I explained that I was uncomfortable with my card being charged prior to seeing what they do to my eyebrows. She said well We need a deposit. I said okay.. I guess I'll prepay for my service. I mentioned the time I was trying to book online that showed available and was told the artist would not be in at that time but could take me at an earlier time. I accepted the next available time and paid for my service. My appointment hasn't even happened and I already have a bad taste in my mouth over the shop and their staff.
