Of course, everyone towed is going to pissed off. But these guys have a job to do and some do it better than others. I have not written a review in quite a while but I think Budget Towing needs to know what a great employee they have in George. I called Budget Towing to remove a woman who was parked at the Long Beach property I manage in a U haul truck and refused to leave. She was basically living out of the truck on our private property for 4 days. Despite tenants telling her it was private property she continued to stay there. I called Budget Towing and they sent out George who called me multiple times to update me. He showed compassion to the woman but was also understanding of our property concerns. Although he told me he could not tow her in the vehicle, he told me my only option was to call the police. He wanted me to give her an opportunity to leave of her own will and said to give her an hour to do so after he warned her. As promised, he returned to check an hour later and called me that she had vacated the premises. He helped her on his own to drive away peacefully. ' George showed both compassion for her and integrity and responsibility for his job with me. He went above and beyond. I hope Budget lets George know that he is a great employee.
