AAA then sent out Nathan's tow. The two tow truck drivers lifted my car, made sure my suspension was safe, put my spare on and I drove away. Nathan's went above and beyond. I also struggle with agoraphobia and anxiety. I unfortunately had a crying spell and a minor episode. The tow truck drivers kept me calm and I felt safe. First night he came around midnight but I missed him while I was waiting in Ralph's. Second night around 11:30pm we connected. The way my car was parked he said he wouldn't be able to help me and to call another tow company. He then managed to get my car into neutral to turn it around so he could hook it up to his Truck. He went above and beyond with that and got me back to Torrance quickly. He let me know why using aaa at night either doesn't work or takes forever. There is a very limited amount of drivers for the South Bay. Aaa stacks drivers up for the day but uses one company for the whole area at night and they get so many calls they can't possible keep up with. Anyway, good info to know about aaa because I waited the first night until 2:30 am and then had to call a $50 Uber to go home leaving my car in the grocery parking lot. Upon arrival, Gabriel assessed the situation, explained what was happening and, in his best opinion, why it was happening.
