An amazing experience! We started the day with the horse back ride winery tour, followed by a twilight bath, dinner and ending the night with s'mores. Pepper's attention to detail and delicious food made me feel at home. Tiffany and her crew made sure everyone was safe while visiting the wineries and riding the horses. We admire the love and dedication Pepper has for her horses and look forward to go back to support her rescue program.

This was one of the coolest things we have ever done. Such a wonderful experience! Everything was amazing!

This is one of the coolest things we have ever done (and we have traveled a lot)! Everything about how it is setup is well thought out and executed. The food is amazing, the experience is something everyone should try! We will be back to do the horse rides as well!

Want to have a B&B experience - you have to stay here. A night or 2 in a tee pee...no joke. The owners of this Cherry Orchard have set up tee pees on the property for you to enjoy. The tee pees come fully equipped with very comfortable beds and electricity. It is not hard to have a romantic night fireside before retiring inside your tee pee for the night. Summertime in eastern Washington State is magnificent - HOT sunny days and cool cloudless nights. My partner said he saw the milky way! In the morning Pepper prepares the best breakfast you will find in Eastern Washington! And did you know WA State in the Yakima Valley is wine country? Cherry Wood B&B also offers winery tours on horseback - this is a not to miss experience. After 25 years living in the Yakima Valley Pepper and her daughter Tiffany know exactly where to ride....

We love this place! Cherrywood is a hidden gem in the Yakima Valley. We have stayed here 2 times for our romantic getaways. Pepper and Tiffany are wonderful hostesses. They really love their horses and doggies. The property and accommodations are amazing! This is Glamping at its best! You are surrounded by 360 degree views of the beautiful valley with all of its bountiful orchards! If you enjoy being outdoors but, want that pampered hotel feel, this is the place to be! The teepee is fully furnished with a comfy bed, fur rugs, heated blankets, mini fridge, and fans. There is a bathroom next to each teepee and a full bathroom and shower nearby. They come fully stocked with toiletries, robes, hair dryer, firewood, grilling kit, and everything you could imagine! A clean barbecue grill and fire pit can be used at each teepee site. We did a steak dinner and s'mores as we watched the sun set last night. A yummy, gourmet breakfast is provided for you on the porch every morning. I would come here just for the wonderful breakfasts! Pepper and Tiffany do an excellent job guiding you on horseback through the grape, pear, and apple orchards to each winery. These women are great! The horses are very gentle and easy to ride for beginners like me. If you are seeking a private, romantic, unique, fun, and relaxing experience, this is the place to be. It is also great for a quick trip with your girlfriends or to come here with another couple. It's fun for all! Children are not allowed here which makes this place even more relaxing. We will definitely be returning again.

I do not drink but would love to take the horseback tour, is that going tone a problem?

We do a route that includes wineries if you do not drink that is fine. We are a wine tour and it is about wine and horses. Some people just go to enjoy the views that we have and that is fine.…

I also learned so much about fruit, when its the best time to get it in the stores and/or from a fruit stand- their knowledge was amazing. This farm has been operating and serving communities in Seattle WA since the 80's, that tells you a lot about a business. Wow The couple who own this place are just the best and their personally brings the best vibes in this place. We went for my besties birthday and then I came back for my birthday and it was AMAZING. OH, and then we went to Spring Barrel, and they blew the whole experience out of the water. They had Zac, who is not only cute/single, and brings his own set up, his voice is amazing. The whole crowd was pleasant, happy, and ready to party!! (Far from it, but kind of...for Zillah). Not only did they have the cutest outdoor seating, but they also have this deck that sits right where the sun goes down, in the Spring time. As many of you know, the summer time in the Yakima and Seattle are longer than many other states and cities. The sun doesn't go down until about 9:00pmishhhhh, which is nice for hanging out. So the grapes are different and the fruit, and the people too. They have a delicious variety of wine, wine tasting, and bottles to purchase, if you're looking to wine taste, add this one to your stops, you will thank me on Yelp later. Have a great time, and tell them Daisha sent you!!!

It was $3 for tasting, but you got to taste all 13 of their wines, instead of the usual 'choose 5' thing. And the names and labels of the wines are so fun! The "Unzipped" white pinot noir was interesting and we bought a bottle of that. The "Cash Cow" is a great value - $16.95 for a magnum. It makes a great table wine. We also loved the ports! Peach, Vanilla, and Coffee flavored. mmmmm I wish we could have bought all 3! but we decided on the "Pillow Talk" vanilla. Unfortunately for me, that's where the excitement at this little winery ends. The tasting room is located in the open space right as you walk in. We were greeted by a nice, sweet older woman who proceeded to offer us the tasting which was priced at $2. Since there were lots and lots of wines, (about 12 or so in the tasting) I thought this was appropriate. The problems came with the tasting. Almost all of the wines for me were just 'meh'. After visiting Two Mountains, I was expecting more from this neighboring winery. The rose and the peach dessert wines were both fine, but everything else was rather blah. It was also about 79 degrees in the tasting room, which I think most would agree was a tad warm for a tasting. Apparently, this winery likes to change up their wines and vintages each year. I've had their wine in the past and I thought that the Fat Sow Merlot was pretty tasty. They switched it up this year and I didn't think it was as good. At any rate, I definitely think that all these Washington wineries deserve a visit. I will admit that I know less about wine than some, but my aficionado counterparts agreed with me on the tastings here. This winery has won several awards in the past for their vintages, and while I would love to give them lots and lots of stars for being nice, local, and all that good stuff... I just wasn't that impressed with the wine.

They have an onsite kitchen and is a very popular spot for wine and lunches. They are dog friendly on the patio only. You get to taste about 8 wines for $30 Or fee is waived with a purchase of any two bottles. Tasting did not disappoint from their whites to red. They have a variety for all taste buds. I loved all their Cabs. They have a mix of 100% Cab to some with Merlot and Cab Franc. All were delish and as I was tasting I kept thinking of food items these would pair well with. Of course we purchased half a case variety of red wines. Venue is super clean, great vibe and super friendly staff. Darcy and Alex were both amazing. We will definitely be going back here when in the area.

I absolutely adore this winery: the wine, the space, the people, the food, and the community…read more The Wine: The wines are consistently amazing and are made to be aged, without the usual high price tag that comes with that. I like bold, flavorful wine, and they have that in spades. I thought I hated Merlot, for being generally weak, but Terra Blanca's Merlot is fantastic. I thought I only liked red wine, but their Albarino is now my go-to summer white wine. I thought Rose was too sugary of a wine, but their Rose has incredible flavor without heft. I'm an enduring fan of their Block 8 Syrah, but the Cab Sauv is a close second. The Space: It's gorgeous. The building is beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained, the vineyard (which you can tour at some of their events) feels old-world-meets-tech, the cellars are amazing, and everything feels welcoming. Like, I don't just want to go here, I want to spend time here. The People: The employees are wonderful: welcoming, knowledgeable, happy, humble, and it never feels like they're just trying to sell you something. They're honest and upbeat, even at times when I *know* they must be feeling rushed or stressed. It makes the whole place feel like hanging out with friends and neighbors (but in a classy way). This is *not* the kind of winery where they pour, recite a litany about the varietal, and walk away. This is the kind of winery where you can walk in and say "I know nothing about wine" and they'll be excited to take you wherever your curiosity about wine takes you. The Food: I've eaten at the Thursday happy hours, at buffet banquets, and at a tasting/pairing event. Each time the food has been delicious, unique, and well-paired. And it's all from scratch, locally grown & grazed, etc. even their charcuterie boards are lovely (and a lot...you will not leave hungry). I recommend trying the flatbread pizzas off their wood-fired grill. Oh, and the menu changes quarterly, so I've yet to get bored with anything. The Community: In addition to this place feeling like a community, and growing one with their wine clubs and virtual tasting group, they're involved in the Tri-Cities community. I love when local small businesses support each other and non-profits in the area! They have regular events and banquet fundraisers for orgs like Children's Developmental Center and TROT. Oh, the prices? I'd call them good. High enough to convey the quality, but low enough to be approachable even for people who are just starting to try wine. And they do a lot of sales and discounts throughout the year. The tasting room prices are spot-on, which keeps Terra Blanca feeling inclusive. TL;DR: Tasty wine at affordable prices, great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, fun events
