My son order flowers for me for Mother's Day, they were suppose to be delivered on Monday. I waited at home all day for the delivery, they never showed up. Tuesday afternoon around 3pm I get a delivery of dry dead flowers and a crushed box of Elmer chocolates from dollar tree. Horrible considering my son paid $100 for these dead flowers, then they are never delivered, he had to keep complaining and then to get dead flowers. I would NEVER recommend them, and anyone who says they are good, there lying. This is the second time I received dead flowers from them. My grandmother just celebrated her 83rd birthday. She received a floral arrangement from Cherryhill via delivery (see pictures). The arrangement was cute, but the experience not so much. Here we go, in her own words: I called the florist regarding the damaged floral arrangement. The whole bottom row of flowers was missing from the birthday cake looking arrangement. I ordered a premium arrangement through Teleflora and one of the Cherry Hill locations fulfilled it. This was for Mother's Day. I chose this arrangement partially for the yellow roses, which are my mom's favorite. What my mom received was a different color scheme, and what would be the equivalent of maybe a standard arrangement. Premium is supposed to have the most flowers. It is pretty, but most definitely not what I paid for. Also, my mom worked for a florist of years, and she noted that they used a lot of alstromeria (filler flowers) as opposed to what was pictured. I get they sometimes need to substitute, but they skimped on the flowers. I contacted Teleflora and they issued me a partial refund. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed. My mom has been sick and I was excited about her receiving the premium arrangement pictured on the website below. If you count the flowers (especially the number of roses alone!) and compare, and go to the Teleflora website and see the difference between the standard and premium, it's clear. read more

What a bunch of incompetent idiots this company is. We ordered a beautiful flower arrangement plus some chocolates for my sister in laws 40th birthday. We placed the order through 1-800-Flowers who dispatched these morons to complete the job. To start they never delivered the items. BUT they did send us a confirmation a delivery was made, but no flowers to be found. After 20 mins on the phone with 1800Flowers it turns out CherryHill never even delivered them. Is that a lie or fraud? Sounds like both 1-800-Flowers guaranteed us next day delivery since CherryHill dripped the ball big time. They promised an early morning delivery to make up for the now past birthday. We didn't get the priority delivery, instead we got an end of the day delivery. This time they didn't lie and actually delivered them. Not by knocking on the door but leaving them outside in 15 degree weather and left. Why not hand them to a resident. That's more professional. CherryHill also decided to make an arrangement that we did not choose or pay for. We invested time choosing the right arrangement based on the flowers my sil loves and paying for it. CherryHill gave us a less expensive arrangement. Again, sounds like fraud. If it wasn't for us following up with my sil they would have been trashed and frozen solid by morning. Not a professional way to deliver something expensive CherryHill found it not necessary to deliver the chocolates that we paid a premium for. Two deliveries attempts and they couldn't bring them???? I asked 1-800-Flowers who they dispatched the job to but they wouldn't tell me. Luckily these tools put their name on the card so now I know who to write the review for and who to NEVER USE AGAIN Let's recap: 1) CherryHill are incompetent 2) CherryHill did not deliver what we paid for on the promised day 3) CherryHill lies about delivering them 4) CherryHill delivered half of the order a day late 5) CherryHill gave us no choice to cancel the rest of the order 6) CherryHill did not deliver the arrangement we selected I'm just glad we didn't use these dummies for a funeral or wedding. Ok were do I begin my husband ordered flowers from FTD which is a great company and I'm not complaining or talking about them, he picked out a beautiful arrangement which cost him over 100 dollars the one that said "exquisite" which has over 35 stems . Today around 6:00 PM he asked me did you receive a phone call from a florist I said no noone called me. I placed an order through 1800Flowers which was routed to this shop. On the delivery date I was informed that the order could not be fulfilled. I was told that the driver had called me twice and left two voicemails. This was untrue, if there had been voicemails I expect I would have seen them. They certainly had my number since they were able to call me to say they would not be making the delivery. They were not apologetic nor solution oriented. They simply cast the blame on me. I recently went through 1800 flowers for an arrangement for my wife. I spent 55.00 that included the shipping. The arrangement was a b day arrangement with a baloon. My wife received them without problem when specified. The problem was when I got home and saw the embarrasement. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. For 1 it was a quarter of the size and had nowhere near enough flowers. I honestly could have done a better job going to the local market and spent a fifth of the price. I called the customer support line and explained my problem. The rep asked me to describe in detail what i received and she admitted that I paid for a large arrangement and what I received didnt even sound right for a small arrangement. They had the black opal in north attleboro send me the correct arrangement the next day. They were 10x better. I really cant believe a florist would actually deliver these flowers and not expect anyone to say something. I hope that in the future they either change or read the order ticket correct and give people what they pay for. read more

I had also order through 1800 flowers for an arrangement for my mother. I spent 103.00 on the large arrangement, was suppose to be her birthday flowers. first issue they did not deliver on her actual birthday which fell on a Saturday, they waited till Monday to deliver it. Second issue the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture on the website, it was a lot smaller and less flowers. I called customer support as well complained about it, they stated they would send out another arrangement the follow day, actually took two days for her to recieve the new flowers. Now it is Wednesday and when the delivery guy came 1st to start he was very rude and harsh to my mother and had a bad attitude and demanding she gives back the 1st arrangement, the problem was that the new arrangement was actually a lot smaller than the 1st one. At this point my mother who is 68 years old has become upset and nervous about how the man treated her. Since than I contacted customer support once again emailed pictures of the arrangement. I will order again from 1800 flowers because i never had this issue but this time i will make sure that Cherryhill Florist is not the one handling any future arrangements i order. The services is horrible and the delivery guy who is also an eldery man shouldn't be dealing with customers anymore. I do not recommend this flower shop to anyone. read more
