Well it was about that time folks! Looks like the starter died on me. Anytime that car doesn't…read morestart up, you know it's usually one of the trinity. Either the battery, alternator, or starter. In my case both of the former were relatively new and replaced recently, so I pretty much was able to rule that out, leaving the starter as the most likely suspect. But there's s nothing like having that triple AAA as a backup to come out and not only get your vehicle running, but use technology to at least help you narrow things down as to what the problem could be. CSA or customer service All Star Jesus was the best driver ever! He arrived with a great personality and showed off a bit of his sense of humor as well. Since the time of this writing, I've since realized that the issue may be within the key fob itself ( which got slightly wet when I spilled a cup of coffee at a restaurant on it earlier) and not have anything to do with the above mention possibilities. I got home safe, and for now it's raining, the car is safely in the carport downstairs, and I'll let the sun come up tomorrow to see if the key fob has dried out so I can at least rule that out as a possibility. Easily the best experience ever with emergency roadside. All you can do is hope that you get a driver like Jesus!

Started with Maria @ the F desk. She helped as she could but there was a line forming so quickly called for Irene. Irene determined that the account names / passwords etc. did not synchronize. After several frustrating attempts: she said: only The Tech department can finish. Irene gave me The # to The Tech dept. Called a gal named Diamond @ Tech- customer service. Like the TV show " Tracker" She managed to Link new usernames and passwords to make it operational. Bravo AAA U "saved" the Day! Why important: we purchased an electric car and If you run low on juice" and there is NO public charging station that is free= U need to get loaded onto AAA truck I will sleep better tonight
