They don't care and do not do refunds, exchanges or in store credits. So just due to overpricing, the refund, credit or exchange policy, plus the attitude that came with the refund or exchange issue, the score took a well deserved decrease.

There wasn't a mirror at checkout - the mirrors were on countertops. She pointed to the next counter down the aisle and got back on her cell. I wasn't familiar with the store layout. Then, I held it up a mask in front of my face (I was, of course, wearing my own mask). She interjects, "You know that's a mask." I said I did and she says, "Well, everyone tries it on." I realize she is full-on hazing. I am ready to leave. Give her the card. "Um. Do you have any ID, Mr. Mr. I don't see a name on here. Oh. Do you have an ID Mr..."
