I have used Cheryl's Pride and Groom for over 20 yrs. My daughter takes her 2 yorkie there. They have always been kind, gentle with the dogs. They talk with them when they are being groomed. They treat them like family not just an animal. Their prices are reasonable and are fair. Cheryl is always willing to work out the times with me. My daughter and I moved from CT in 2014 to NH. We drive 2hrs one way for their grooming. That's how good they are. We tried other groomers and they never work out. Our dogs are rescued dogs and one of them has anxiety real bad. Amanda at Cheryl 's has been able to work with him and he does great now. I would recommend them highly to all animal owners to give them a try. I have been going to Cheryls Pride and Groom for about 8 years. I have taken my 2 cats and 2 dogs and have gotten EXCELLENT service. I had 1 cat and 1 dog pass away and Cheryl had made a donation to the humane society in memory of my pets, which was an awesome way to honor them. We've been going to Cheryl's Pride and Groom for about 6 years. Our 65 pound Labradoodle sees his groomer Amanda for his poof and pamper on a regular basis. While he might not be thrilled about the car ride over, once he steps inside and sees Amanda he's a happy boy. She and I go over which trim--his usual or summer short. And anything in particular--shorter on the feet, more layering on the muzzle. His usual stay is about 3 hours. When pick him up he's just as happy and looks great! read more

Checkers, my 2+ year old golden doodle, arrived for his 1st cut when he was still young. Our bichon Dino has been going to Cheryl weekly since he was 6 months old. He's 13 now. There is no one else we'd think to bring him to. Everyone there is talented and friendly. Cheryl & her team have been grooming my large furry dog for a few years. He's a shep chow mix s & his fur is a challenge. In June i ask for a modified puppy cut since hes a pool dog & he wants to daily swim & longer fur takes forever to dry. They only clip nails on the second dog. Both dogs enjoy their trip there. I absolutely love this place. They are so friendly and positive, and my dogs always smell amazing after. I love the little bandannas they give, it makes them look like little people. My dogs hate baths and getting their nails trimmed but when they do it, they always look amazing. Some how they make sure my dogs are comfortable and clean. Best groomer ever! We just moved a few days ago from Texas and my Minnie Aussie was stressed but needed to be groomed after all that travel.
