Amanda asked what I wanted done, then actually pulled up pictures online to confirm it was the look I was seeking for my long haired chihuahua. I'm sure we've all been there, when you ask for a trim (for yourself) and get way too much hair cut off. Well, she was making sure I knew what I was asking for for my pup as well, so that I wasn't shocked when she did what I thought I wanted and picked her up a little while later. My pup can be nervous and get anxious but Amanda was able to handle her and groom her so that she was looking amazing with her new cut, and smelling even better when I arrived to pick her up! I'd definitely recommend this place to any dog owner, and you can tell that Amanda is passionate about her work and A TRUE ANIMAL LOVER!!! Your pup will be in such great hands and you'll be thrilled with the experience and how soft your fur baby is when you get back to pick up your pup! She was abrupt, showed no patience with our dog Frankie, and even tossed the leash toward me while saying, "You need to put this on him," simply because he was afraid of her. This occurred in a full lobby, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When we returned for pick‑up on May 10, 2026, the employee assisting us was polite and professional. However, the same staff member from May 8, 2026, came out again and rudely said, "One of you needs to go get your dog, and if he keeps acting like this he can't come back." She did not tell me where I needed to go to get Frankie, and when I asked, she simply pointed toward the door. What makes this even more concerning is that Frankie's report card stated he was "such a great boy," "well‑behaved," and "a pleasure to have," and that he "had a great time in the courtyard with his siblings." Clearly, the issue was not Frankie's behavior but the employee's attitude toward him. When I expressed my concern to the polite staff member behind the desk, instead of acknowledging the situation or saying she would inform management, she told me we could "try one more time," but if Frankie "acts up again," we wouldn't be allowed to return. This response was disappointing and did not address the unprofessional conduct we experienced.

He does not look like or smell like he's been bathed at all. I was told he was. His nails are still long and they said that they couldn't finish his head because he had too many knots. There are none. They're all under his chin that they didn't get and the bottoms of Pauze were not finished shaved. The further that did not get cut it still filthy. I will never bring him back there and then they charge more than they quoted the lucky I didn't go back to pay them and not my roommate because I'll tell you what they wouldn't have got paid. everything could be improved as for the answer from the owner I was only told one time to bring him to a vet and that was at the very end when we picked him up not multiple times everything you said on there was wrong. I just won't return that's all.
