I would assume that you would complain about any doctor that doesn't let you treat yourself. Just because you want an anti-biotic, doesn't mean you're actually in need of one. If you were really that sick with bronchitis, you wouldn't have been able to wait two more weeks before going back to him. If you were really that sick, you should have gone to another office for urgent care or an ER. If your cousin could hardly breathe or walk, you should have called an ambulance!

Earlier in the month, I had my annual physical exam at OPFP. I've been a patient since 2021 and…read moreeach appointment has went off without any issues. Under Dr. Robeson's care, I've always been taken care of. Let's see how this visit turned out. I was able to check in 30 minutes early since I made to drive from Norfolk. Once I was called up, they were able to weight me in (lost 9 pounds since my last visit), give a urine sample (results were good) and have my blood pressure taken (lower than my last visit). Overall, the blood results were good. Dr. Robeson, my primary care, suggested for me to start taking Mounjaro which'll help with weight loss for diabetics (me included). Of course, I'll have to incorporate exercising and changes to eating meals since it'll make myself full fast with increasing doses. So I'll have to see how the process is going this coming November for an appointment. So far, I feel fine using the product. We shall see what happens going forward. Took my son to the ER at 4pm on a Sunday and Dr. Lin said he needed an ultrasound. Easy enough,…read moreright? Well, US tech went "off call" at 3pm and Dr. Lin couldn't promise we'd get the ultrasound done the following day - considering the need was immediate I felt this was unacceptable at best. I then had to rush him to Richmond, two hours away. Icing on the cake - patient registrar kept pushing two things: 1) 20% discount on a false $500 copay (I knew our ER copay was $200), 2) ambulance transfer to Richmond (which was unnecessary and another money grab). Do yourself and your loved ones a favor if at all possible, skip this "medical facility" and drive to Richmond straight from the start.
