This also includes Peninsula Imaging and Peninsula General for other test that my Doctor felt was needed. All staff at those facilities were AAAA++++++++++++. I drive 82 miles for my Care there and it is well worth the drive. They are friendly, never keep me waiting..smiling and friendly....and if there ever is a waiting time then I am sure something out of the norm happened. A refreshing Medical Facility. Her exam was also very thorough and I left her office feeling like I might actually get the problem I came in for taken care of. Just a brief background, I am patient from Pennsylvania who had a previous failed vasectomy reversal performed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He wanted me to wait a week yo let what the dr in Missouri did to open me up. He explains everything to you so you know what is happening from start to finish. I would not recommend this practice…read more Not only did I receive significantly better care after transferring to Johns Hopkins, but it wasn't until I left this office that I realized how much higher the standard of care could be elsewhere. Looking back, I have concerns about the thoroughness, organization, and overall management of this practice. To make matters worse, I recently received a bill for services from more than a year ago that apparently had never been submitted to my insurance and therefore never applied to my deductible. Shortly afterward, I received another delayed bill from the end of last year. This level of billing disorganization is on par with the care they provide. When I called the phone number listed on the bill to get clarification, I was told that "unfortunately, you have to call a different number". No one seemed able to help or take ownership here. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. Between the quality of care and the ongoing billing problems, I wish I had never step foot in this practice.
