The meats at Hoggy's are smoked for hours. There are a lot of BBQ places in Columbus and this is average for me. I liked the cheesy potatoes and broccoli salad as sides to the ribs. I agree with Mark that the sauces aren't necessary here. I ate my meats (ribs and brisket) without the sauce. There is enough flavor on the meats in my opinion.
