So what does that tell me? They're precooked in house and reheated to serve. I only ate four of the eight. The rest of our party seemed to enjoy their wings, which is good on them. I just can't enjoy a cold centered wing. Much less a rubbery chicken skinned wing. I know a freshly fried wing when I see one and mine weren't freshly fried at all. My sweet potato fries... also cold. My son's lemon pepper fries were great. It is what it is. I'm not one to return food or complain about it in the moment. I simply prefer not to return.

Be aware they charge for all flats and blue cheese as well as sides of sauce but don't disclose this up front. Beer selection on draft is okay. They didn't have an IPA on draft so I got a blue moon. Waffle fries were great. Tajin fries were AMAZING. Next time I would ask for tajin seasoning on the waffle fries.

What made it even more frustrating was that the restaurant was nearly empty. There were five waitresses standing around doing nothing while one waitress was running around trying to take care of the only four occupied tables.
