For lunch today, we decided to make our first visit to Wingstop. We did our order on their website and when we arrived our order was ready. Since they do have dine in available, we ate our lunch there. My wife had a chicken sandwich, and I had an eight-wing combo. For my flavors, I chose Hawaiian and Garlic-Parmesan. We shared the French fries that came with my combo. Everything was good, but I have never been a big fan of wings. I guess the wings are too similar to chicken breast meat, and I prefer the dark meat (drumsticks and thighs). Nicely decorated interior. read more

Honestly this has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Zero customer service, massive wait times, smelly, dirty, and just no consideration for the customer. Don't make the mistake of coming to this location. If I could leave less than one star, I would. The only positive thing I can say is that there is one employee that has great customer service. The food is good, when you put in a mobile order it's faster (about 35-40 minutes) and when you walk-in, it it's about an hours wait. The wait makes the food worth it but the service is horrible. The workers are passive aggressive and they always seem to be messing around in the kitchen. That's not to say that you can't have fun working but not at the expense of you hating your job and the customer when you have to actually do your job. The food is good and the workers bad...pick your battles when you come here. One time I ordered a basic order in the app (said it would be ready in 30 minutes) and went to pick it up 35 min later and had to wait another 45 min because half the crew was just sitting in the kitchen with their arms crossed. read more

This Wingstop is in a bit of a weird location, sandwiched between a funky bike store and a Lowe's grocery store that hasn't been updated. But once you step inside the Wingstop, it's a completely different environment! It is one of the best decorated Wingstops that I've been in! They had the AC at the perfect temperature and fun specials done in chalk on their fridge. The staff was really friendly and happy to help. We placed our order online and it was fresh and ready exactly on time! The order was 100% correct, even down to my request on dips! It was so easy to go in and pick it up but the place looked so fun we were tempted to stay! Loved this location! read more

I called after leaving work at 6 PM to place an order for pick up. It took me 20 minutes to get here from my job. I get here and I'm still on hold the girl that answers the phone is also at the front desk and there is nobody in front of me, she asked how can I help you? I said first I am still on hold her phone call. She has me on hold for 22 minutes. She said I don't have time for this shit. I have to use the restroom and walks away for me before you're getting my order, another Customer Service rep help me takes my order. I asked for the manager he told me he's in the back working. I asked him to please point him out so I can speak to him with 11 employees working. He is the heavyset guy wings in the bowl immediately noticed, he is eating and flipping wings to season them in a bowl with the other hand, throws his wing in the trash and then grabs his soda on top of the counter where they are preparing. Our food takes a drink takes a drink and continues to box customers, food. I immediately said never mind and just sat down to patiently wait for my food which is a 10 piece combo that is supposed to take an hour and a half. I'm sitting here the cashiers at the counter are all also eating and taking peoples orders, washing their hands, never wearing gloves, never using any sanitary manners to avoid the spread of germs This has been one of my favorite restaurants since coming to Las Cruces. Making me extremely late to my delivery. I called my dasher support to see if they could compensate for my time wasted and they called the Wingstop. I've been to this wing stop twice. First time, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for my order to me ready. This time (07/31/2022,) it took over 2 hours. Ordered at 7:05 online, said it'll be ready around 8 p.m. Because of last time, I called around 8:00 pm to make sure it's ready before I head over, the person over the phone told me it'll be another 20 minutes from 8pm. Went to Wing-stop and got there 8:38 pm - the guy who helped me said 15 to 30 minutes left. I told him I called at 8 and was told 20 minutes. Entire time he was flirting with me and got rude when I ignored the small comments he kept making to me. At the end, I tapped my card to pay for it, I have no clue what he said to me but he got rude about me tapping my card. There were no signs, he didn't tell me not to tap, but he was saying something under his breath that I ruined it for the rest of the customers or something. I have no clue exactly what he said, I asked him what was going on, what he said, and he didn't want to answer me, he just said, "never mind." Placed the order at 6:08, given the estimated time of 6:50, we left our place to go pick it up at 7, and ended up leaving at 8:30 without our meal. I understand that businesses are having to operate differently right now, but it's been at least a month to figure out how to run maybe a bit more smoothly. With that said, we placed an order at about 5:50 pm, got an email it would be ready in about 20 mins, it usually takes longer anyways, but we waited for an hour to get our food. The whole thing is also set up badly. They have two tables set up saying prepaid or not prepaid, and you can't prepay on the app, then you check in/pay, go back to your car or stand outside and wait.
