This corporate practice only cares for money and is run by a passive aggressive, rude manager who…read moretreats their staff like they are idiots. Their website claims to be the "Best Vet in Manlius" which is a lie and shows how they care to take your money than actually care for your pet. Inexperienced support staff who are unlicensed and cliquey. I have never seen more anxious energy from pets but that is not shocking as the environment there is unstable and chaotic. You can hear the staff yelling at each other in the back or giggling behind the very thin doors. Great veterinarians, but the practice management and staff need a huge makeover, and it shows how you shouldn't trust corporate veterinary medicine.
