Anyway, they fixed the problem and I should say they do a pretty good job there, I've been going off and on for 8 or 10 years and they've upgraded the facility consistently. I buy the yearly it's like $.70 a day for their second fanciest wash. You could skip going 65 days every year and still pay under $1 a day. (At least for now).

*****Warning if you value your car***** ** if you have…read moreanything happen to your vehicle what-so-ever, while in this car wash, they will laugh at you, deny you, and you will have to pay for the damage yourself. I went to Fast Eddies on 12/7 for a car wash, and after i got the car wash, went across the street to dry it better, and came across a long deep scratch that was not there prior, on my door, that goes all the way down to the metal. I immediately went straight back to the car wash, where i obtained an incident report, and WAS LAUGHED AT the entire time i went back there by the employee. He was actually laughing telling me that this will just get denied by the manager and that there is no way this could happen. He also told me that it is pointless to even fill out the incident report. First of all, if there is no way this could happen, why do you need a NOT RESPONSIBLE sign that you claim makes you not responsible for scratches, if you are so sure your car wash does not cause these things to happen?? This sign that you have posted at your entrance, sure has a lot of things you are not responsible for!! After i filled out the incident report, it says at the bottom that someone will contact you within 48 hours. I had to call myself on 12/10, which was 72 hours later, and was told that someone would call me the week after. After still not hearing anything, i gave them a call ONCE AGAIN on 12/22, and was finally able to talk to the car wash manager, which only told me that they need proof the scratch was not there before. I asked them to see the camera footage, and she told me that only corporate could get this for me, and to call them. I then reached out to corporate, again, and they told me the same thing that i would need proof. So here is where it gets SKETCHY. I ask corporate to allow me to see the video footage if they are so sure that the scratch wasn't caused by them, and she straight up told me not happening, and that i would need a COURT ORDER to be able to see this footage. This business has very sketchy ways of treating their customers, and after many years of going here, i am shocked that i am being treated like a liar, even though they cannot simply show me proof that the scratch was there prior to me getting a car wash by them. I just want to simply see the footage!! Prove to me that this was not done by you! The way you treat your customers is disgusting!! i am really not asking for a lot here.

Dan continued looking for quality at a reasonable price and he delivered my Good Year Tires they even brought me into the shop and showed me the damage I had done to my rim they were able to still balance my tires so that I would not shake and I didn't have to replace my rim there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed that they saw in inspection of my truck I recommend that you get the inspection it's better to know the whole picture of what's going on with your vehicle weather you choose to do anything about it right then or at a later date. THANK YOU DAN JOB WELL DONE

Extremely frustrating and unsafe experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and ended up paying $3,400 for repairs that did not fix the problem. Within one day, the vehicle was shaking badly, and I had to return because a part they installed (tie rod) was not properly secured. The issue continued for weeks, including multiple breakdowns and being without my car for several days. At one point, my vehicle was even moved to another location without my permission. The most alarming part is that the same tie rod failed AGAIN while I was driving, which is a major safety concern. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this with both the local shops and corporate but have not received a resolution. I would not trust this location with suspension or steering work.

On January 22nd, 2025 my 2016 engine's rear main seal blew while driving, causing all the oil to…read moreleak from the engine. I had the vehicle towed to the Chevy-Graff dealership in Durand, to diagnose the issue. From there I was told the rear main seal had blown, and that the engine motor needed to be replaced. I had already had this occur in January of 2022, and Midas in flint on Miller Rd installed a rebuilt jasper engine that I would use until January of 2025. After hearing the news from the dealership, I called Midas to see if I still had an active warranty. However, when I called the store, no one had any information on my previous work being done. The only way they could confirm the warranty was active was by a serial number on my engine, that the dealership was unable to find. This takes several days and I am left without answers the entire time. I first contacted Midas on 1/31/25. During this process I was told multiple times that since the date of most recent invoice was in January of 2022 and since 3 years had passed I would be responsible for the full price of replacement, and that it had expired. At this point, I am being told I will owe another $7500 at least for the price of parts and labor. At no time did anyone bring this up to a higher authority or attempt at getting any information from them. At this point I'm distraught and can't fathom owing another loan on this car. I was told at this point other than towing my car to midas and having them inspect it, to which I was informed I very well could be on the hook for parts if my warranty had expired and would be charged for labor if it was still active. Their ultimatum left a poor taste in my mouth, and I called the corporate number to see if there was another avenue at gaining information, but was forced to leave a complaint due to having no other options. Later that day, (still 2/5/25) I receive a call from the regional manager. He had the serial number from my engine and informed me the warranty was still active until March of 2025, as I picked up my vehicle from Midas in March of 2022, the last time. All of the previous could have been avoided. Every sleepless night I had, every day inching closer towards destitution. All of that was due to employees not having proper records or communications with leadership. At this point I've also spent countless hours out of my work days to make calls, and try to get information. Things seem get better from this point forward, and I have the vehicle towed to Midas to process the warranty, being promised that this is the better decision for me financially. This would prove to be the biggest mistake I could make, as the problems only got worse from here. They were able to install the engine by 3/8/25($2126) but the vehicle was capped at 25mph and would only work in "LIMP MODE." I was told at this point that the high pressure fuel pump needed to be replaced($261). They "cut me a deal" to let me bring in parts and only pay for the labor, which was nice, but ultimately ineffective. After replacing the high pressure fuel pump, I was notified, again, that my vehicle would not start as intended, but only in "LIMP MODE." This time it was the (low pressure?) fuel pump that needed to be replaced($251). After replacing the second fuel pump however, again, my vehicle was in "LIMP MODE." They replaced the fuel rod, and cleaned the fuel injectors for free, but still couldn't get the vehicle in a safe, working condition. At this time they have me return and get a replacement high pressure fuel pump to swap out with the one they believed to be faulty. Again, this does not fix my vehicle. It's now April 19th. All the while 3 months have passed and I have been forced to put miles on my girlfriends car, daily to get back and forth to work. I"ve spent thousands of dollars on repairs, taken out loans, and have had near daily guranteed weekly conversations with Midas, about how they don't know what's wrong, and how they're doing me favors by not charging labor. I would've gladly paid the labor to have my vehicle fixed the first time. All I wanted was for my car to be in a safe driveable state to get my son to school, and myself to work in the morning. However, I am informed at this point there is nothing else that Midas can do, and that it must be taken to a dealership. "The issue has to be a computer issue, and not mechanical." Is what I was told by Midas. At this point I'm informed if I don't move the vehicle that it will be towed away, so I have the (still undriveable) vehicle towed to Chevy-Graff in Durand($100). They informed me that the issue was in fact mechanical and caused by "Improper installation of the high pressure fiel pump, in which they failed to install fuel pump roller lifter." They correctly install the fuel pump($537) on and the vehicle seems to roar to life when I pick it up on 5/13. There is now a coolant leak, and I've already spent $3800.
