I am very conscientious in keeping my car serviced and oil changed regularly. This venue is the place to go for regular auto maintanece. I've been going for years and the staff is always FRIENDLY professional and more than thorough. They move cars through on a brisk clip and I know their staff works hard. They top up my oil, tire pressure and wiper fluid no charge. A+++ to this shop. read more

I drive a f150 and as I was waiting in line the guy came out and said prices have gone up and it would be between $120-130 for an oil change. I agreed, as they were in the middle of changing my oil the guy came to me and said I didn't know your truck took 8.8 quarts of oil and the price would be $140.00 I let them finish and I will never go back there again. The staff here is outstanding! I've come through multiple times with multiple vehicles. They go above and beyond every time. They flagged a leak issue with my transmission fluid, topped me off (for free) so I could drive it to a shop safely, and recommended a shop in the area that could help me. I went in on 4/19/22 and he gave me a story of "when they were bought they went to a better oil which costs a bit more". I asked how much, he left and came back and told me $75. I told him there was no way I was paying $75, my dealership charges me $42. He left and came back and said he could do it for $60, then a manager came over and said $45 I said fine. When they gave me the final bill it was $41.67 which is more like what it should be. They were just trying to rip me off because I was a female - - - I'll never go back and I hope you don't either. read more

I visited PDQ for the first time a couple days ago and will definitely be back. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was offered "coffee, water, or a home-baked cookie". I had my windows cleaned. I took my new car there for an oil change and was happy to see females working in this field and at this location in Fenton. They offered me popcorn, coffee, water or a cookie. I laughed and said no thanks just an oil change.
