They have a better array of Liquors and liqueurs than many other local liquor stores, they are a locally-owned business, by people who care about the neighborhood. Unfortunately for me and maybe not anyone else their wine selection tends to travel towards the huge commercial wineries. There's nothing wrong with those wineries, it's just that you can get amazing wines for incredible prices from smaller importers. Here's the thing that brought their Star level down they focus on beer and liquor but they rarely have anyone around that can actually answer a question about the Beer & Liquor. This is a well-stocked liquor store with a broad variety of wines, spirits, beer, cider, and other…read morerelated items. I've wanted to visit this place for a while because some searches describe this location as also having "The Big Cheese Company." Apparently that is largely a thing of the past. There is a domed cheese counter that is now used for fairly empty display, with a lot of storage behind it. A neon sign overhead still says BIG CHEESE. There is a nearby end cap fridge that has numerous cheeses, but other than the potted Stilton (which I was excited to find), the rest are fairly common grocery store cheeses locally. There is also smaller fridge near the registers with a few of the same cheeses. There are also numerous crackers, nuts, and other sides. In addition to the Stilton and a tin of pecan pralines, I found a few new ciders to try. My husband acquired a number of new beers as well, and we even tried beer from a local brewery there doing a tasting. Really nice folks!

The store has an extensive but well curated variety of local Liquor, Beer, Bitters, Syrups, Ciders and THC drinks. I'm always impressed by their stock of slightly less mainstream beer types/breweries. Definitely a great neighborhood shop and a spot to check out for a gift as well!
