I didn't have the best experience at this Chevron location. We stopped by here to get gas on our way to Fremont. I was going to pay with my credit card at the pump station but it told me to see the cashier. So I went inside and prepaid with the cashier inside the store. He told me how to work the pump station because I prepaid. When I went back, I followed his instructions and it resetted the screen to show nothing. So I went back inside and had to wait for him because he disappeared to the back. He told me to use another pump station and going to a new pump station worked. read more

Sold candy that expired 1 1/2 years ago (11/2024 and this is 5/2026). Tasted weird so I looked at expiration date. Ate after we were already on the road (600-mile long road trip. Register guy was nice and ok bathrooms. Such a bummer and waste of cash. read more

First of all- absolutely no reason for their gas prices to be blank on the Gas Buddy app. There is another gas station right next to it with a ton of truckers. So they're either wiping them or intentionally taking action to keep them from showing. Then what is advertised on location isn't even the regular gas price. They advertise the Chevron credit card price- which few people waste their time to have. Their bathroom leaves something to be imagined and then they have the nerve to put a sign up saying, "customers only." Who the hell would go anywhere near your store if they didn't need to buy something/gas?? Price racket, false advertising and clearly spending the money elsewhere and not on their customers experience in any respect. Gas station owned and operated to strictly bleed you dry as barely legal as possible for the highest priced they think they can do while making no effort for much of anything else. This review would be a 0, if I could. Avoid this place if you can they have a really really high insane gas prices compared to the Arco that is right next to it. Not only is it really high price it pumps ridiculously slow as well. The bathroom is only for customers only and the bathrooms are filthy and disgusting, toilet paper, so thin it rips as your ripping it. Hella rude people here. Just avoid if you can. We were making our run from Palmdale to Northern California. Another reason not to go here. If you have any of your savings that you get with Chevron, you can't get it here cause they don't have it set it up. No rewards point. read more

I would give this Chevron 0 stars if I could. Only one working ladies room. I'm used to a certain standard of cleanliness at Chevrons along I-5 and this one misses the mark. The toilet paper is so thin and cheap it instantly breaks when you pull on it at all. They have a sign outside that says the restroom is for customers only ... don't own a franchise along a main highway! People need to go. I was returning back to the OC from a BART (Bay Area Road Trip), which I generally made about every 3-4 months and by chance, have been to this particular Chevron a few times. As many fellow yelp*ers have mentioned, you're not going to find the best gas rates here... This Chevron is easily reachable right off the highway 5 freeway. It is a stand alone Chevron, with a convenience store and gas. The workers are all Indian, so it's probably an Indian owned Chevron. The workers were all pretty nice and helpful. The restrooms were some what clean, I mean for a gas station, it was decent. The place here is full of flies roaming all over the convenient store and throughout the inside on the products and stuff....very disgusting! Although we still bought some snacks for the road home. At first we thought that this gas station is closed. No cars at all! It was empty! As we pulled in, i knew right away why. Gasoline at $4.85 for regular! What's up with that? ROBBED BY THE MANAGER I have never been so irritated at a gas station and never would even bother to write a review for a gas station in the first place. Get gas, leave, simple. I paid $50 cash, I should have at least $25 leftover since my tank was half full to begin with and I drive a fuel efficient car. ($50 is a full tank for me, but only had a $50 bill) Right when I lifted the pump, some gas leaked out but stopped so I thought it'd be fine. Put it on lock, everything was fine for a minute. I turn around and the gas is LITERALLY SPILLING OUT EVERYWHERE. I panick as I didn't want to touch it but I grabbed it anyways and tried to put it back to the station. Since it didn't stop automatically like pumps are supposed to, it charged me the whole $50 and the so called manager that was sitting in the back eating and texting came out. This fool didn't comprehend anything I was trying to say, and kept saying that everything has been fixed not too long ago and how customers before me didn't have a problem with this pump. Kept denying he was wrong. "It probably leaked less than one gallon I will give you $5, take it or leave it". ?!?!?!?!?!???!??! What!? No apologies, nothing. All I needed was more gas... This needs to have a option for 0 stars. The cashier did not have her name on her name tag but my receipt says her name is Area. She was very rude. My 9 year old, my mom and I were getting gatorades out of the fridge when she came around the isle with the sweeper that took up the whole isle. "Excuse me!!", she said in an irate tone of voice. I still had the fridge door open but shut it and moved into the isle in front of the fridges to move out of her way. She proceeded into that same isle and once again I heard, "excuse me" in the same tone of voice. I wasn't done getting my drinks so I scooted to the side of the isle as much as I could and she basically swept over my feet. At that point I was livid and said, Damn! She responds, "I said excuse me". I told her she doesn't have to be so rude about it and that she should wait until people are out of the isle. She laughed it off. The bathrooms are extremely dirty. There were flies flying around & they have the bathroom doors open so the smell of urine hits you before you get to the bathroom. I think they take advantage of the fact that there isn't another gas station around there. I wouldn't have purchase anything but we still had a few hours left to drive. Don't go here. Go down the road to the Shell station. This Chevron is seriously - egregiously - mismanaged. More than 75% of the pumps are out of order or the card readers are not working. The entire indoor area smells like the public restroom, and is filled with flies. We sat in line for 10 minutes holding our breath and swatting flies until we reached the register.
