Decided to do an oil change today just to find out that they didn't bother to put lubricant around the oil filter before putting it in. Valvoline oil changers are legit. Really efficient. Straight forward and super detailed. Easy to find coupons online as well.

Don't trust their work. Went there for a service and now I am paying even more to get the problem fixed.

I came here on a Monday morning around 9 am for a full synthetic oil change. They were running a 20% off deal so that was a bonus even got serviced right away. Told me repeatedly i was leaking oil and when i asked from where i was told "im not a mechanic" by several people including the ones working on my car. Not only are they "not mechanics" but they installed my headlight WRONG. This place is a joke i had to shell out more money to have everything re done. Oh and they cracked one of my headlight clips only 1 clip was cracked prior to my service. My car was overdue for an oil change so we went here on 3/17/24. The oil change here is quick! You pull up and stay in your car. It only takes 15 mins. They also do tire rotation but it cost $39.99. They also check your headlights, signals, tire pressure and battery. I find the service here kind of pricy. I usually go to the car dealership, cost around $79.99 or $89.99 and also comes with carwash. Here I paid $102.99 and this included the coupon for $12 off. After the service was done, we heard some rattling noise under the car on the passenger side so we had to drive back. They were able to fix the issue at no cost. Overall great service! read more

Great customer service and speedy service. I was in my car no more than 10 minutes. The employees there check other fluids in my car in addition to an oil change. They also check my lights, air filter, cabin filter, and other stuff. They told me that my car had a minor oil leak under the pan and that all cars when they gets old has this problem. I went in for a standard oil change which went well, but during that process the manager attempted to sell me a service for a part that does not exist on the vehicle I took in. He even looked under my vehicle and insisted I had the feature to which I know for a fact I don't so i denied the service. I'm not sure if he was mistaken or lying to me, but either way that's not good. The main reason I won't be returning after being a customer several times is due to the fact that the technicians broke / shattered a bulb to my front blinker light and had the audacity to ask me if I'd like to purchase a new one. NO! If you break anything of mine you should replace it for free. They did not and I unfortunately left without being able to use one of my turn signals. Could be a legal issue. I work right across the street from here so I've stopped a few times. It's super convenient and they are fairly new so it's never a long wait. I just come for an oil change but of course it's their job to try to sell you a bunch of other things too while you're there. I've always had really good service and to my surprise I don't think they try to get over on you. I got a new air filter at a different oil change company like a month or two before I came here and I fully expected for the manager to still try to say it was time for a replacement but he was honest and said it didn't need to be changed. They do a great job and they offer an Ochsner discount which is pretty clutch read more

Only go here if you want to pay hundreds in damages to repair your car into the same condition it was before you brought it here. The technician ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to repair their negligence. They left my A/c drain hose UNPLUGGED causing water to leak inside and damage my carpets. I went for an oil change and was left with mold damage. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY NEED YOU TO WAIT SO THEY CAN DO AN "INVESTIGATION". HOW LONG DO THEY EXPECT ME TO WAIT FOR AN INVESTIGATION WITH AN ACTIVE LEAK AND MOLD PROBLEM? I ended up getting it fixed myself because I AM PREGNANT and CANNOT COMPROMISE MINE & MY UNBORN CHILDS LIFE BY WAITING to fix a MOLD PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO ACCEPT FAULT!!!!!Don't get me started on the extremely incompetent workers. I called and expressed my concern and the worker Nate called me a liar when I requested a refund. I was told "he can see why I think the damage was their fault" I SPENT HUNDREDS TO REPAIR WATER DAMAGE!!!! 8/15/2024 Disappointed. oil change advertised for $59 they charged me $131, the technician argument because the car is German, they have to use European Synthetic oil. go figure, not honest, I won't go there anymore. and the service due alarm never reset. tire rotation $49! read more
