I take my Tahoe to oil change and I ask for replace one light and the took me from 10:15 am to 12:15 and they no finished because I need to go pick my kids up,later at home my husband open hood it's missing nails and the windshield fluid reservoir was broken and then I go back to ask them and they said it was broken and I'm sure that it's not,today it's for me this place the worst because I'm more mad because they not accept the true,I never recommend this place to other people to do different things,only oil change. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give them negative stars I would! I went in for a simple oil change and ended up there for more than two hours. When they said they were done, they said my car wouldn't start. As a single Women they took complete advantage of me trying to get more money out of me for parts that I knew were brand new. My car started up just fine when I drove but after two hours of doing god knows what all the sudden my car needed extensive repairs. I called my dad to come help me. And miraculously my car started right up when he walked in. This establishment has gone down hill and is by far the most expensive for a simple oil change. This is my second attempt to get an oil change at this location, and both times they've had a handful of issues and I've left without service. The last time they came to us after we were waiting awhile, and told us they only had one guy working and it would be another 2 hours of a wait. There was only 1 other car there. So I ended up going to the dealership... and they were way cheaper with no wait. This time we show up, talk to the guy, and go inside. Then he comes back out asking if we can pay cash because their card reader isn't working. Sorry dude, we don't carry cash. So once again... we left without service. They should've given us a heads up right away about the credit card machine... Ive been to this location a number of times before and service was okay. But the last 6-8 months it's felt like the employees are trying to get customers to leave. To show up twice and not get the service I need means I won't be coming back. read more

I was helped by Aiden. I came in for an oil change & he was able to answer all my questions and guide me on what was best & manufacture recommended for my vehicle. The wait time was about 45 minutes for an oil change, windshield wiper replacement, and headlight replacement. They have great coupons online that Aiden was able to apply for me at the end of my visit to help me save $30! Awful service. Went in and was given a 20 minute wait. Explained that I'll go grab my daughter (walking from the store across the way) went and was back in 5 minutes still had my same place in line. After 45 minutes my car still hasn't moved. I talk to a technician and he said he would move my vehicle to the next bay since I've been there so long. He walks in 20 minutes later and says his manager won't allow him to move my car over. We have been loyal customers for many years but I'm done with this place. read more

I got an oil change and air filter done a week and a half ago. Right afterward a lot of my dash lights turned on. VSC, Slip, diff lock, ABS and check engine, specifically. I went back to Jiffy Lube to have them take a look, but they were very busy so the wait was 1 1/2 - 2 hours. David, the manager, personally brought an OBDII scanner out to my truck in line, checked the codes, reset a sensor that cleared up the problem, sending me on my way in under 10 minutes. Tried to charge me 155.00 for an lof for 2014 Beetle-says it requires special Euro oil. No, it doesnt. Yes it requires 5w20 synthetic. This is NOT a Mercedes or a Porsche. And I thought the car dealers were rip offs. read more

Went to this Jiffy Lube in Tracy to get an oil change for my Dodge Ram 1500. Holy cow they are soooo expensive. Even the conventional oil change was almost $70. Don't even ask for a synthetic oil change which is $100 plus if you go over 5 quarts. I quickly backed up and went to another oil change place on Tracy Blvd which cost me $39.99. It's crazy how much a regular oil change cost. I may even learn from YouTube. Lol read more

I needed a oil change ASAP around closing time. Every other place was closed around the area. I called and there was 10 min left before closing time. Jacob took great care of me. He told me to come over and made sure my oil change got done in 5 MINUTES!! And added a discount as well!! Total came out to about $80 for a Full Synthetic Oil Change. Omg they were so helpful! I work at round table as a driver so my car is very important for my job. Robert F. Helped me out with my Honda Civic. He was super nice over the phone when I explained to him that skid plate was messed up under my car, he told me to swing by so he could check it out. When I showed up I was immediately helped by Robert. He took a look under my car and was able to fix the skid plate instead of having to take it off and having my engine exposed. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Came here for an oil change on my Audi Q5 2010 on 5/18/2019. After they said my service was completed, I checked my engine oil levels and it is showing half of what it should be. This is flat out cheating. My car needs 6.6 quarts of oil - clearly that much oil wasnt put in my car. In addition to that, these folks suggested I urgently needed a brake oil flush - when I got my car checked at another place, the strip test results were completely different and I really didnt need a brake oil flush. The mechanics here didnt even know where to look for brake oil in the car and suggested he needed 'special' tools to open the brake oil lid (when it can be just opened with bare hands). I paid these guys for a coolant top up - and to my dismay that was also filled at half. Bottom line - you cant tryst these people. They have no idea what they are talking about and they will cheat you. Do not go here. read more

SUPER FRUSTRATED. Went by today because they have their 50 percent off sale. Had amazing customer service everyone was super friendly. There was a wait, but expectation was set and everything was fine. Once my "final" checking before finishing my car they informed me my cabin air filter was dirty and needed changed. The filter they showed me had RED accents. I said go ahead and change (even tho Walmart "changed" it when I got my last oil change) they didn't have the part so I didn't end up getting it. They said to check back later in the week when they get inventory. Came home and told my husband, he went and looked and brought back and showed me my cabin air filter NO red accents it was completely white and clean..... This is ridiculous, completely unprofessional and down right fraud. If you ever go here JUST get an oil change, but as of right now. Never will be returning ! read more

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which is pretty darn good for a place this busy. I was kept fully informed of everything and anything they had a concern with, and fully receptive of my requests. Ashley was an amazing host. She greeted me before I could even get parked, went over my information from my previous visit, offered up amenities and stayed engaged with me and other customers. Lacks of knowledge and Unprofessional customer service... I brought my car there for just an oil change. Got there, the CS staff told me there was a wait, and thats ok! She DIDNT specifically say that its a first come first serve and wait in line for your turn. Sat in my car and waited in the shade, its a hot summer day, thinking she would notify me when ready. Two trucks pulled up and got served first while i was waiting, I asked why and she said 'Oh, there was a line, and that you were supposed to stay in line'...frustrated at this point!!! After over an hour wait, they finally got to me, and almost after 10mins taking my car's info, came back and said they don't have the proper tool to service my car today. WTH! Now you are telling me?! Its only a BMW, and they had no such problem last time I went there during COVID...there was no line then so I didn't experience the bad customer service. It was getting to close to closing time, and that was the best excuse for them to refuse servicing my vehicle!!! Not going back there!!! read more

Employees are super friendly. My wife went there and did t get her car vacuumed. She asked me if they offer that and when I was there I asked. They said yes it's standard they missed that service for her so you need to ask. Should be standard for all customers. Ok update. They didn't vacuumed my car either. I had to ask so I went into the waiting room and told all the customers to ask for this service. Ok final update- I asked for a vacuum and this is the final results. I had a guy back where I used to live who took care of all my auto needs. So now I have to look for service locations. While I like my new mechanic in Brentwood, they admitted they are more expensive on oil changes. I happened to have a pleasant experience at Les Schwab next door and due to not needing a brake job, I found myself with unplanned free time. Since I needed an oil change, I figured it made sense! I drove up and within 30 seconds of exiting the car, a young man addressed me and asked how he could help. I didn't even walk inside the building yet and they were already engaging me. Oil change my good sir. He took my name, I moved my car to the first Bay, and he walked me inside. I sat in these really comfortable chairs. Big screen TV showed the news and advertised their prices. Complementary Wi-Fi and coffee too! With a few minutes, the man came back, I selected which oil, and he went to work. I was told about 10-15 minutes, but it was closer to 5-10. Amazing!! Paying and checking out took a few minutes longer than it should. I guess only one person, the manager, was checking customers out. This place is new and just opened recently, so the oil change was half price. I would probably come back here as long as I had a coupon. Paying regular price would be the same price as the dealership and my other place, which is what I am trying to avoid. read more

But dude came out after I waited around in my car for 20 minutes and just waved me off! Um excuse me, how long? A while he says. Ok... I know that. Is it an hour? 3 hours?? Dude said yeah like 3. Left. Came back same afternoon. Line no where near as long .. waiting another 20 minutes before same dude told me how they don't have staff and pointed around to all his work he still has. Now it's Tues morning I was here at 720 am. To make sure that the much needed oil change got done. It did. But the great service I got last time I cam here, and the reason I came back here this time is now lost from my memory and replaced by this bad experience. Since I couldn't get my oil changed over the weekend I cleaned my car. Spotless windows and car all clean. I had oily hand prints all over my car after. All on the hood, doors and roof. They also made my windows disgusting dirty and streaky. My car looked and was so 100% dirtier after I spent my time cleaning it so well. Really disappointed after this visit Jiffy. read more

I had a horrible experience at Les Schwab; they kept my car all day only to tell me they did not have the parts that they insisted they had for a brake job. Not only did Jiffy Lube take care of me, they beat Les Schwab's price doing both my brakes and transmission flush for what Les Schwab wanted to charge me for a brake job alone.
