I'm giving it five stars. It's one of the better 7-11s I've been to. Great service, fresh food, good customer service.

I stopped to use the restroom and had to back up because it was so nasty. No toilet paper plus t.p. dispenser was hanging off the wall, no paper towels and no seat covers. There was urine all over the floor in front of toilet and on toilet. In my life i have never seen such a disgusting site!!!! read more

Sufficient. The Mountain Dew wasn't quite right, like most 7-Eleven stores in Northern California and they didn't have anything smaller than Super Big Gulp cups. Service was not rude, not friendly. He scanned my 7-Eleven app, but apparently the company was upgrading equipment and it didn't work, which is not his fault. Prices were typical. read more

This branch eyes needs to be investigated they are completely clueless, I asked for directions they were oblivious to where they are no clue about their local surroundings to top it off. Their air machine outside for tires does not work and when I ask them questions the guy was rude as well. The cashier is rude. He tried to keep my change due to a coin shortage. If it was like 13 cents I wouldn't care but trying to keep $0.51 due to a coin shortage? Then he tried to charge me $0.25 for a plastic bag after I spent over $50 here. Then he didn't even bag my items, he just threw the bag in the counter and made awkward eye contact. Went in last night to get some snacks and lotto. The young cashier was clueless and did not know how to process my lotto. I had to wait for the store manager Alex to take her sweet time and arrive to help. The whole time Alex was at the counter, she had her cell phone in hand and was paying more attention to her phone than her customers lined up. Both girls attitudes were horrible! I've been coming here for years and have never had anything short of a great experience! I've seen other customers giving the staff baked goods and thank you notes for their exceptional service. The employees are always friendly and the bathrooms are way cleaner than any other gas station I've ever been to. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come! read more

This store has the WORST staff I have ever encountered. I come to this 7/11 chevron often. I have used the gas pumps multiple times and noticed the pump stoping a few cents short of my purchase without filling up my tank. I decided to let the employees know that there pumps were malfunctioning (I put in $40 it stopped at 39.98 without filling my tank) the woman behind the counter became very aggressive and hostile she told me that I needed to learn how to pump gas and that her dad was the owner and I needed to "get the fuck out of her store" I left and as I drove by three employees began taunting me. I have never been so appalled by customer service and the complete lack of respect the owner had for customers. read more

This chain, especially this site have great coffee all the time that you can count on. The great customer service and clean coffee counter just makes it even better. I've made stopping here every morning on my workdays a routine and don't regret it one bit. I even come by a lot on my off days. What can I say, I love their coffee. read more

Worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My 61 year old father went in to this store last night and my dad poured himself a cup of hot chocolate and tasted it. It tasted very watered down so he let the staff know. The staff became instantly hostel towards my dad and basically called him a liar. My dad told him he drinks 7-11 hot chocolate everyday and he has no reason to lie. Then Sandhu (staff member) proceeded to get very rude and started acting violent towards my dad. He walked him over to the machine to show my dad that there is nothing wrong with the hot chocolate. My dad thought this man was going to hit him. My dad started to apologize and the man starts throwing his hands in the air in a very threatening manner. We started to walk away and the man kept saying BYE!!! Very loudly with a nasty angry tone. The older Indian man who works there and is always there is so rude! I live close to the store and use to go there often but one day I went in to buy some drinks and he told me my ID wasn't me, wouldn't give me my ID back and was being so rude interrogating me asking me when my birthday was and my address and I was obviously right because it's my ID and he told me No! And grabbed all the things I was about to purchase, even chips and other snacks. I was so angry and embarrassed because there was a line behind me! I got my ID back but I'll never go back. read more
