The breakfast taco seem to be consistently good bacon is crispy bites and cheesy eggs. They also have a brisket taco which they try to remove the fat., which seems to be a good buy as well. Breakfast ends at 11:30 AM. I greatly appreciate a team member that really looked out for me and kept the last three bacon tacos in the warmer for me to purchase after the dental appointment. I know that don't do this, but I'm so thankful for her above and beyond customer service. I will be back each morning I'm near here and looking for a bite to eat.

This review is for Carwash service at Bucc-Ee's. This location…read more Gas door lid of my vehicle was broken during the blower stage or last stage of the car wash at Buc-Ee's. I noticed that the blowers were too strong while in the vehicle. After that, my gas door lid flew outside the tunnel. I went to complain, and the attendant politely asked me if I wanted to fill a claim! I filled the claim, and days later, I got an email from Ariana Ramirez, " claim adjuster" for the company. After a few emails exchanged, she decided that even when she accepted that their equipment was at fault or miss adjusted! To Decline my claim. I have been in more than 3 different car wash companies, and none of them have had broken any part of my vehicle. The gas door lid has a lock that locks the lid and is part of the vehicle. The blower system at Buc-Ee's is really strong, and they claim that they have a sign that says they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle. Now I have to pay for the damages on my own!!! I just imagine how many claims they deny.

The lady gas station worker said the limit was up to $1.00 savings per gallon on gas if you have saved up enough Kroger credits. Since I have no "Official" Kroger gas station around me, only Shell gas stations, I guess somehow I had saved up a lot of credits. So my gas was $2.... something a gallon only. The last time I stumbled across a Kroger gas station last year I saved .40 cents per gallon on Rayford past Imperial Oaks. I was excited then but you can imagine the real excitement I experienced that I had to yelp about it. Why not share the savings and love ;). This Kroger gas station is Not by a Krogers. It's free standing by itself and looks like they just opened. They are still installing skinny pipes which look like they might be for a sprinkler system and other stuff to the dirt by the street side. Worth checking out if you have a lot of Kroger credits and have only been saving the measly .10cents a gallon at the Shell gas stations. They have soda machines and a walk up gas station stand but not a mini mart hence the 4 star rating.

I've ordered sandwiches here and pizzas which were really good. The grilled cheese with meat are a standout. I like the coffee bar especially because there's an assortment of cold and hot coffee that you can dispense yourself. I'm always treated with good customer service on most of my interactions. Looking at the menu I noticed they sold the El Salvadoran Papusa and it had been a few years since I had one near Hwy 6 and Bellaire Blvd. in Houston and I hoped that this one might be ok. I witnessed a customer attempt to purchase items clearly marked with a promotional price. Instead of honoring the posted signage or calmly explaining the issue, the associate removed the sign at the counter and escalated the situation with a rude and aggressive tone. Another employee joined in, used profanity toward customers, and made a racially offensive remark as a customer exited the store. Multiple customers were present and visibly uncomfortable. The situation escalated to the point where the police were called--not because a crime occurred, but because the environment felt unsafe due to the employees' behavior. This was not an isolated experience. I have previously witnessed these same employees refuse service to other customers and act unprofessionally. This behavior does not reflect the values of our tight-knit, respectful, and diverse community, nor the standard of service I expect from Timewise. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training and oversight so customers can feel safe and respected when visiting this location.
